The room is clean and hygienic, with complete facilities, good location, excellent service, warm and thoughtful, it looks like it has been professionally trained, after the registration, the lady waiter helped me carry my bag and sent me to the room. When ordering takeaway, a robot delivered the food, and because it was delivered to the wrong room, a gift was also given. Rich breakfast and afternoon tea. The hotel also gave a welcome fruit plate, which is really heart-warming. I will come to this hotel again when I come to Hohhot next time. It is first-rate👍

The layout of the room is very strange, there is no separate bathroom, the place to go to the toilet and the place to take a bath are directly separated by glass. Not very friendly for two people. The most important thing is that the front desk actually issued the wrong amount of the invoice, and it was more than 20 less. I found out today that it was a speechless incident!

It is convenient to travel and hygienic and clean. The key is some details: 1) Towels and bath towels are all sealed in plastic bags, which feels very hygienic. 2) The toilet seat comes with a non-woven seat cushion cover (because I like to travel and have stayed in many hotels, this is the most considerate hotel I have ever encountered) 3) In addition to mineral water, it also provides yogurt, which is really very user-friendly. I rarely write reviews about services, but this time I made an exception. It was the thoughtful details that moved me!
