Bed was comfortable, pool was great. But the best part was the hosts. Nothing was a problem from booking activities, Memories Show and bicycles to helping with problem we had with downloading photos from a link. Giving advise on location of resturants, where to find the best Banh Mi and even best local fruit market. Booking our transport to our next location and beyond. I even left my shoes behind and he offered to post them. Mr Lee and lovely family if we are ever back in Hoi An we will never stay anywhere else. I will never forget your fish

Lovely place, great location, so close to the old town but just far away enough to be quiet, comfortable rooms. Mr Lee the owner is so helpful and welcoming, nothing is to much trouble. Great value for money. Really enjoyed my stay here.Would recommend.

Ideally located in the old district, we had a warm welcome from Mr. Lee who is very concerned about the well-being of his customers and takes the time to share the unmissable things in his pretty city. A perfect experience!

Lee and his family are running a lovely, very clean and welcoming little homestay near night market in HoiAn. The location is very calm but also just a few minutes away from night market, restaurants and bars. They arranged us pick up and drop off in Da Nang on request for 330.000 per ride which is a common price. The rooms are spacious, very clean and have a great shower. Lee speaks very good English which makes communication quite easy and he gave us very good recommendations on food vendors in HoiAn which we tried and really appreciated. We highly recommend staying with Lee and his family!

Lee is a great host, one of the nicest people I ever met. He gave us some great tips on what to visit, where to eat and where to make our clothes. The location of the hotel is great, central, but not loud. The room was clean and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming.

We stayed with Lee and his wonderful team for 5 nights and had the most incredible stay! Everything in the room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Lee was very kind and helped to arrange taxis and bikes, restaurant recommendations and whatever we needed during our stay. We were very sad to leave (still are)! Do not hesitate to book for your stay in Hoi An!

The owner(s) are the best people! Hotel overall is very nice, room has everything you need and is clean. Location is very good, walkable to old town center and shopping streets. Owner helped us with all the trips we had planned and always has a smile on his face. Breakfast choices are limited, but all taste amazing. Good start of the day, breakfast served with a smile and some soft music in the background. Very affordable, great price for great stay. Highly recommend! Enjoy!
