This was a lovely little homestay conveniently located near old town, just a 10 minute walk away. So many good food places around and the host was really friendly. The room was spacious and provided a fridge which was also very handy.

The uncle at the B&B is kind and friendly. He will give you itinerary suggestions and provide rental bicycles and motorcycles. He will clean it every day. When you come back from an outing, you will find that you have folded your clothes. The room has a refrigerator and a terrace. The location is very convenient. It is within a 10-minute walk to the ancient town. I stayed here. 3 days. If I go to Vietnam again, I will choose to stay here again. Thanks!

It takes about 4 minutes to get to Hoi An Ancient Town

The location is excellent, very close to the ancient town, easy to get a taxi, you can avoid flooding during the rainy season, and all the famous snack bars are nearby. The room layout is also very good, with all the necessary facilities and equipment

Even if you use a double room, it is a triple family room Never use it The bed takes up all the space in the room, so it is difficult to even walk The window is huge, but if you open the curtain, there is a house right in front of you 3 meters away, so you cannot open the curtain The price is not cheap Recommended for a double room Never book a triple room

This is a family hotel in an alley. The hygiene is OK, but there are problems with the facilities and services. The landlord first took us to a room on the second floor, but the air conditioner couldn't be turned on. So we moved to the third floor, and the air conditioner was 29 degrees Celsius one night. I just moved in, and when I came back, my key couldn't open the door. The landlord asked someone to fix the lock, and then asked me to pay 200,000 to the person who picked the lock. He said that I damaged the lock, but I said that I didn't do anything. I was very angry at the time. I felt like I was staying in a black hotel, and I was a little scared with my children, so I was going to check out and change to a hotel temporarily, and I didn't want to pay for this hotel. When the landlord saw me packing my things and leaving, he immediately changed his face. He came over to shake my hand and hug me, and said he was sorry and that I didn't need to pay. Didn't sleep well all night.

It was very clean, had everything I needed, and they even provided me with 4 bottles of water. It's close to the old town, so I didn't have any trouble finding things to buy. This was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Hoi An.

The boss is very nice

This was a fantastic homestay. We had a great room, spacious and clean with a little balcony overlooking a quiet and pretty street. It’s in a great location to walk to the heart of everything in Hoi an. The owner was so kind and helpful. It was also a great price. Would definitely stay here again.

Myself and my daughter had a wonderful stay , the owner and wonderful Mr CONG always helpful . We booked all our tours through him , he booked our tickets to Ba na Hills . Told us to down load the Grab App, rooms are reasonably priced so we got a room each for 7 nights . He also arranged our pick up from the airport , Some reviews said bathrooms needed a bit more attention to detail , but it was minor , remember you are not in Europe . Beds are hard but not a problem for us , spoke to other people staying elsewhere and they seemed to be the same , so maybe it’s standard unless you go 5 star . Beds changed every 2 days , but I’m sure Mr CONG would change more if that’s what you required . He runs the homestay himself and does all the cleaning , he is the most delightful host , and always smiling , we woke him up getting home very late one night and he was fine about it 😊 . Only about a 10 min straight enough walk to the river , you get a good nights sleep as the homestay is down a little street , my daughters room had a little balcony so it saved her having to go downstairs to have a cigarette . Fridge , kettle in the room , plenty of hot water at any time , shop down the way where you can get extra water milk etc. We used the grab app to get taxi to Cui Dai beach , there is also An Bang Beach beside it ,
