Aunty is friendly and very good service. But All the bedsheets and pillow case didn’t change daily. 1st day when I reach the bed sheet, blanket and pillow are sweaty smells. 2nd day , didn’t change the pillow case and blankets still continue need to use 1st day one. We can find out the blanket and dirty with stain ,since from yesterday. Everything is perfect, only need to change the clean line service. See

Owner very good service and good recommended The homestay location far from old town but can walk around 10 mins and walk on the bridge that pathway very narrow. The hotel near Winmart supermarket is good. I booked the deluxe room for 2 person but they give. 1 pillow, 1 thin blanket, 1 towel. They gave free small water bottle only first night. If you would like to rent bicycle or motorbike can ask them.

In a very cheap price, excellent room and cleanliness. Will go there again!

The Homestays owners are amazing and the son & daughter are lovely and helpful! Location is a short walk across a bridge to Hoi An market and Ancient town.

Perfect place, great price, very good location (close to the old town), nice family, room spacious and clean with a good air conditioner.

This is fantastic value for money and the hosts are incredibly welcoming - the room was a lot bigger than we were expecting and the location was perfect as it was only a 5 min walk into the town. We booked the eco tour through them (would recommend) and rented bikes for a great price. All the necessities like soap, shampoo, toothbrush etc. are given however there was no kettle, but this doesn’t really matter because you are round the corner from coffee shops. Only other mention would be that the wifi wasn’t great which did cause a delay in planning the next leg of our trip, but we would still recommend it.

The family was very kind and helpful. I arrived early, but they prepared a room for me right away, which was very helpful. The location is also very good, close to the market. It was hot, so the air conditioning and fan were very helpful.

The owner of the house is very cute. Explain everything by opening the map. (A little loud at night) Overall is good. Appropriate according to the price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is better to book a chartered car service. The pedestrian path to the old town overpass is very narrow and can only be passed by one person. It is very dangerous to drag luggage. The owner of the B&B is friendly and does not provide hair conditioner, but everything else is provided

The room is very clean, not exaggerating. You can look in the mirror on the floor and there is a small balcony. The boss is also very enthusiastic and introduces nearby attractions. There are also tour groups. You can go on your own if you don't want to join.
