This has been our best experience of hospitality in Vietnam. Our host was extremely nice, graceful and made us feel super comfortable from the get go. They even packed us two boxes for our trip to the airport as we had to leave early. The food was fresh and delicious. The rooms of this are classy and comfortable, they make you feel like royalty. The swimming pool is clean and fun. This hotel is at a peaceful location and a few minutes of walk away from the Ancient Town. I highly recommend this for stay in Hoi An.

Nice service, very close to town

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean and with modern bathroom. Breakfast was rather standard for a Vietnamese 4-star hotel - vide selection of Asian dishes, breads, eggs and fruits. Extra points for a nice swimming pool and delicious coconut coffee, which we bought at the restaurant in the hotel.

My overall stay at Belle Maison was very pleasant - the property is well maintained & the staff is very courteous. Walk to the main night market is about 20 mins walk.

Hotel is in a good location. Service was excellent. Receptionist "Quynh and San" were very attentive and helpful. Other stuffs were nice too. Room was clean.

This was overall a very nice stay. Situated in a main street of Hoi An, the beaches +/- 3 km distance and central old town 1,2 Km. Staff very friendly, good spacey room, the equipment all good, Tv with movie channels and foreign news. Bathroom good. Nice little pool, good breakfast buffet. Gym very small. Overall a 8+ (I had an extremely good deal, if I consider price quality it was a 10)

Totally great. All employees were kind. Location was good because we could go to old town and night market by walking.

Good place and good location

The hotel is well managed. Staff are friendly. Location is a little bit distance away from old town, but you always can get the their assistance to book a shuttle buggy to send you there.

I stayed there for two days in a row. The swimming pool is divided into deep and low areas. Breakfast was also good with a variety of foods.

It's a new hotel and the facilities were clean and nice. The air conditioning was very strong and it was almost cold. The shower water was lukewarm, so it would have been nice if it could be heated. The atmosphere was great, so my wife was very happy.
