staffs not friendly ... bad location Beds are old ... Too much fruit flies... breakfast is too little choice

Can’t be more thankful to the staff here. Greatest hospitality from all the hotels I’ve ever stayed. Everyone would receive brief introduction around the area and the staff would always love to offer help actively. We had our 1st anniversary here and they helped us decorate the room so nice!

Really nice trip...enjoyed with family. Full day tour with great food and fun. What can I say more.

Please note that there is no elevator. There is no sound of traffic. It's quiet and nice. There were a lot of people, but there were no Asians. The view was really good too. The downside is that although there are many charging terminals, they often do not fit. Also, it was okay for me as I am tall, but it was a high shower that would be difficult for a child. I couldn't use the bathtub because the water was dry, but overall it's a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The people here are really friendly. Breakfast was also very delicious. The pool was well maintained, so it was a nice place to relax quietly.

We booked a river view room but were given a pool room. Later, they told us that it was fully booked and we could not change rooms. Later, we checked on Trip and Agoda that there was actually a room, so the receptionist reluctantly changed us to a small pool room and returned the room. Price difference, this kind of dishonest behavior is unacceptable, and I also ask not to write negative reviews. There is construction in front of it, it is too noisy and I can't sleep.

The room facilities had very good shower pressure and there was a fan in the bedroom, so it was convenient to use. The staff were also kind and friendly.

The location, cleanliness, staff hospitality, and facilities were perfect. There are bicycles that can be rented for free, so you can freely explore Hoi An town. It is troublesome and expensive to call a taxi every time, but it was very convenient to go anywhere anytime with a bicycle. Hoi An city has flat roads, so biking is not difficult at all. The interior of the hotel was very beautiful, and the amenities were substantial, such as toothbrushes and pajamas. The courtyard was large and very beautiful. I would like to stay again when I come to Hoi An.

Suitable place for families with kids. The room is clean, swimming pool is nice with shading. The breakfast was a bit oily to my taste, but it’s fine. Uyen was very suppotive during our stay and arranging drop off. Thank you for your taking care

The hotel is right next to a road with no riversides next to it which can be deen. They do not have lifts so you will need to carry your luggage up stairs as a drawback. But the complaining should stop there as it was a welcoming place. Novcely done rooms, large and as shown in pics. While the Place looks a little away from the central Chùa Cầu with lanterns it is just 10 min to get there. Amazing location from great restaurants, laundry and closer to the beach. They give you bicycles to drive around a beautiful place. Have a small; barside pool and good breakfast in thir restaurant in the basement. Worth every DOng you can spend. Definately a go

The Hoi A Riverside Villas and Apartments was a great place to stay for our time in Hoi An. The staff in particular were very friendly and helpful. We had our room upgraded and we were able to check-in very early in the day. It is located 5 minutes (by car) outside of the Old Town, a Grab taxi only cost £1.50.

I booked this hotel for a stay in August 2024 for 8 night 3 rooms. I made the booking in October 2023 and paid in full. It looks like a lovely hotel and to be clear we have never stayed so my review is not based in any way on the rooms, pool and food etc. My booking was simply cancelled with 11 weeks to go. Overbooked apparently. Full refund given but of course I’m now having to pay more expensive prices because we are much closer to our holiday and some hotels are now fully booked so my choice is more restricted. It’s fair to say they didn’t overbook and cancel my booking because I was the last one to book. I got an early bird price is probably more to the point. If you book this hotel I hope you have a great stay. It looks nice but just beware they might cancel your booking at any time

The service was excellent, Mrs My and Ms. Lee were exceptional receptionist. As my wife was not well due to an uncomfortable flight into Hoi An, the hotel services were magnificent, absolute care. Arranged for a doctor and taxi service. The rooms are tastefully designed. Beds and pillows luxorious. Food was up to standard, authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

The hotel was very clean and tidy with very helpful staff at the front desk. The rooms were spacious with a supply of tea, coffee and water daily there was also a balcony. The breakfast was included providing hot and cold options up to 9.30 am. The swimming pool was small with plenty of space to enjoy the sun and also provided shade. The location was good a short 10 minute stroll down to the river with bars and restaurants. You can follow the river for a few more minutes to the market and other entertainment.

Great stay in this villa! The room was fantastic and the service was great and staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. Recommended!
