A rather soulless place...and although quiet, it's just a little bit too far out from the main action to walk. Hard to find too many faults though...has a kinda Raffles Colonial vibe...feels new...and is clean. Breakfast buffet very good. Solid gym. Staff formal and efficient...but the place lacks a bit of joy overall. A fellow guest was getting charged for ”dirtying a face towel” as we were leaving. My partner said: ”it feels a bit 'communist'”... which is a nice sum up. Certainly one for any shortlist though.

Good location beside the old town. Room is good and breakfast is ok, but food and drinks run out fast. Pool is good but again the sun loungers are really limited. Not much a view from the room either. We did like the service from the staff and the price is affordable.

I was impressed by the service during my check in to the hotel. While they processed, we were given refreshments. Strongly recommend the hotel as it is walking distance about 15 min walk to old city. Morning breakfast buffet is good too as they changes their menu daily.

It's such an amazing time that we spent there. The resort was beautiful and well designed with plenty of tropical trees, large swimming pool and quiet atmosphere. It's the very tough time for hospitality industry, but they still kept their atmosphere quite good. The room was well kept and enough for our stay. However, the electric card was kept on whole day, they could save a lots of money by install door card and electric card in one to reduce the electric usage in the guest rooms.

The service at this hotel was fantastic. I loved the big pool and there were always enough loungers. The kids pool is separate at the back of the hotel. The room over the kids pool was a bit noisy and also from the traffic on the small bridge nearby. The enclosed balconies give good sound proofing at night. Breakfast buffet also very nice with lots of local food selections

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean and with modern bathroom. Breakfast was rather standard for a Vietnamese 4-star hotel - vide selection of Asian dishes, breads, eggs and fruits. Extra points for a nice swimming pool and delicious coconut coffee, which we bought at the restaurant in the hotel.

Excellent stay for two girls. Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Location was away from the bustling ancient town but it was easy to get a Grab. We also walked back from the old town at night. It was a quiet route most shops closed but we didn’t feel unsafe. I would say the route felt safe but do still be vigilant. The staff spoke good English and there was no difficulty at all trying to communicate. Service was excellent, staff offered to help us to pack breakfast after knowing that we were checking out earlier than breakfast time. When our driver was late, staff was also attentive to look out for our driver by the street and offered to help us call and speak to our driver - all without us asking for help! Breakfast buffet was good and the views from the outdoor seats were fantastic. Highly recommended for a stay if you’re in the area!

Above all, the hospitality and warmth of the staff are outstanding, and as of May 2023, there are no Japanese-speaking staff, but I would like to recommend it to Japanese people! We had amazing experience at La Siesta :) Great service from reception Ms Sunny and Ms Lucy for helping us kindly, and bell boy carried all of our luggages. We got a free upgrade to suites room. Also Spa was super nice. restaurant manager and team was gave us good service, great food !! Upon the check out, there was a small issue for the luggages which is the team accidentally didn’t put our luggages inside car, but Ms Lucy and driver help to bring our luggages at the airport. Thank you for great service and follow up to solve problem. For about 500,000 won per night, you can live in a pool villa that will make you feel rich! However, due to poor management during the Corona period, there are parts of the facility that are not well maintained compared to the year of construction. There is peeling of the wooden deck and discoloration of the fabric chairs. Facilities include billiards, table tennis, a kids' club, a gym, and a swimming pool, but compared to Korean resorts, the facilities feel a bit lacking, and it's a shame that there are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. The staff are all friendly and greet each other well. However, the English pronunciation was sometimes difficult to understand. But it's good value for money and it's not crowded, so it's great for swimming! Also, the sea sunrise seen from the pool villa is really pretty~
