Really thumbs up for the ryokan experience! Arrived late and the staff was waiting outside in the cold weather identify us immediately, guiding us to a parking lot and helping us to the inn. Explanation was good and they are good with using translation on the phone to make sure we understand. Service excellence! Food was impressive, really good dinner and breakfast in the room! Room is clean and there is an option to go for the outdoor private onsen at an affordable price!

チェックイン時間に遅れて来たにも関わらず、当然遅れる連絡はしておりましたが、車を停めてからすぐに出迎えてくださり、お店の方がすごく丁寧であたたかい方で、歓迎されているようでした。嬉しかったです。温泉も気持ちよく、疲れがとれました。洗面台も、２つずつあり、おそらくリフォームされていて、使い心地が良かったです。ありがとうございました！！

Smaller hotel than expected. No bathroom in the room. Need to have bath in underground onsen and the onsen near the hotel. Great food with hand to toe service. The staff are friendly. Even English speaking ability is limited, they tried hard to translate. Nice experience in a small onsen valley.

担当の仲居さんがひどかったです。接客に定評のありそうだったので、くつろげることを期待していたのですが、期待はずれでした。仲居さんから、夕食時に子供達に白米のおかわりいる？？などと話しかけていたら、仲居さんにちょっと待ってください！今は天ぷらをお配りしてますので！お母さん、そんなに慌てないで！と言われ、バカにされたような気になりました。また私がビールを主人が酎ハイを頼んでいたところ、「奥様がビールをお飲みになられるんですねー、逆だと思いました。」や、子供が天ぷらを焼肉用のポン酢につけようとしたところ、「それは塩で食べるものです！」など、気分を害する発言が多かったです。 朝食時には担当の仲居さんを、変えてほしいと別の従業員の方にお願いしたので、朝の仲居さんは良い方でした。 ただ、担当を変えてほしいと言った時点でこちらが気分を害していることは把握しているだろうに、その時点からチェックアウト時まで、何の謝罪もありませんでした。
