"Ishanlou Iwasaki Hotel was the most comfortable stay we had during this trip. Because we were going to Conan Town, we chose the hot spring hotel here, thinking we could relax a bit. The transportation was a bit inconvenient. We took a taxi to the hotel, which was relatively expensive. The hotel is an old-fashioned Japanese-style room, the room is large, but the service is still very good, especially there is a dedicated aunt to help you, she is the one who prepares meals and baths (because the place is relatively remote, we booked (Meals are included) Maybe it’s summer and there aren’t many people bathing in hot springs. Hehe, it avoids embarrassment😅 However, there is a wild spring opposite the hotel, where local old men soak naked. As long as you are not embarrassed, others will be embarrassed😀 😀"
"The food and drinks were absolutely delicious!
Everything at the buffet was delicious, and I was especially impressed by the bamboo steamed squid served at dinner.
The carbonated drinks and plum wine I enjoyed in the lounge on the first floor after meals and after a bath were also delicious.
The room was clean, and the view of the snow and hot spring town from the window was amazing...
The shuttle service to Kurayoshi Station on my way back was also very helpful (reservations required, 140 yen).
Overall, it was a great hotel!"

"The service was excellent. I called the front desk to pick me up at Kurayoshi Jr. Station. They also helped me with my luggage and delivered it to the front desk. The breakfast and dinner were fresh and hygienic, and the food was good. I highly recommend buying breakfast and dinner. The Chinese-speaking lady was especially friendly and helpful. The service was excellent. The hot springs were clean, the facilities were complete, and the service was excellent. It wasn't crowded, so it was quite comfortable. I'd definitely go back here for vacation if I had the chance."
"Good location, big room, free parking, but there are no restaurants nearby, you have to drive to Kurayoshi city to find food, the large bath is not very big, the equipment is somewhat lacking, and there is free parking"
"The private bath room was booked, and the room and the pool were very clean.
I made an appointment for the pick-up one day in advance, and I saw the driver when I got out of the station. It took 15 minutes from Kurayoshi Station to the hotel.
The service attitude was very good, and they would lead and introduce the hotel facilities and various locations.
There is a supermarket directly opposite the hotel."
"Located in the Sanchao Hot Spring District, not far from the old street, you can visit the hot spring area
There is a parking lot diagonally opposite the hotel
No elevator in the hotel
Staff will assist with luggage upstairs
But after checking out, you have to carry your luggage downstairs."
"The hotel is not big, and older than the emperor, but it feels like home. The staff has good service attitude and warm hospitality. When we went out to see the stars at night, the boss took the initiative to drive us to our destination in a car. I bought two foods for one berth. The quality of the food is good, but there are no surprises. The room is clean and tidy, there is a garden outside the room, it feels sunny, and you can sleep comfortably on tatami mats. The baths are very small and sometimes more pressing."
"Very traditional, authentic Japanese hot spring hotel. The hotel environment is a bit historical. Since I had already referenced the pictures online in advance, I didn't expect too much. The dinner buffet was rich, but breakfast was not lost. But more than 95% of hotels are Japanese, so non-foreign tourists will be the first choice hotel. So you can enjoy it. If the price includes one night and two meals. Basically good value for money.
In addition the hot spring is very comfortable, the interior facilities are plentiful. Outdoor bathing is superior to indoor, less cramped. Since you can't take pictures, you can refer to the hotel website to see the relevant pictures."
"It is really difficult to make an appointment for the station connection. I can't find the contact information except for international calls and local calls. The fb ig email is basically for display, and the inquiry column on the official website is also bad. The hotel itself is an old hotel, the hot spring is great, the food is OK, but the crab can not eat the freshness and sweetness in the season, the overall is a bit salty. The service staff are very kind and enthusiastic, but one of the women will be slightly casual in the service. The cp value is not high overall, there may be other options next time."
