Very good, not expensive

I stayed in a Japanese-style room, but the hotel service was not user-friendly enough. It could not provide pick-up service after 18:00. There was no Chinese-speaking staff at night, and the basic English was not good. It was extremely difficult to communicate in English. There was a Chinese-speaking staff member who could communicate during the day. The air in public spaces smells musty.

Since I was traveling with children, I stayed overnight without meals as I was concerned about cost performance. Therefore, I did not enjoy the food. The bath was a little warm, but I felt relaxed and could take a long bath. The hot water has a slightly thick spring quality. Unfortunately, the Wifi equipment in the room was poor, but other than that, everything was fine.

The internal environment and atmosphere are quiet and cozy, giving people a very comfortable feeling. Secondly, the service of the hotel is very commendable 👍 We were a little nervous before going because it was already 8:30 pm by jr to Kurayoshi, and we were worried that it would be too late and there would be no transportation to the hotel. Therefore, we made a phone call before going to inquire about local traffic conditions, and the other party also asked us about our approximate arrival time. As a result, as soon as we exited the JR station that night, we saw their staff waiting there with a hotel sign and drove us to the hotel. We were very touched! For breakfast and dinner the next day, the hotel service was also very attentive and thoughtful. Not only was each dish exquisite, but they were also introduced to us. Because we use translation software, there is no barrier to communication throughout the process! When we left on the third day, the hotel staff came outside the hotel and waited for us all to get in the car to wave goodbye collectively, which was very heartwarming! The specialty of the hotel is the hot spring, highly recommended! The room is a typical Japanese tatami. There are not many tourists in the entire town, and walking there gives you the artistic conception of "a house nestled among people, without the noise of cars and horses."

The rooms are fully equipped and very clean and hygienic. The surrounding environment is beautiful and the service is particularly good. Highly praise Mr. Morita!
