El aire acondicionado no sirve, nos estamos muriendo de calor nadie nos da alguna respuesta, ni se hacen responsable. Una falta de respeto hacia mi y mi familia y estan jugando con mi dinero. La verdad pésimo. No se lo recomiendo a nadie

If you want to be sure you have a place to stay DO NOT book here. After Antonio confirmed our reservation via email, my family arrived to find he had NOT reserved a room for us. On top of that he made zero attempt to help us find lodging on the island.

The room is quite large and has a balcony, the location is very good, you are 2 minutes from the center of Holbox and 5 minutes from the beach. incredible place to spend a few days as a couple. It is a good point that it has a mini fridge, so you can buy something to drink to hang out on the balcony.
