"Actually a nice place to stay in Holbox. The apartment we had was the biggest and perhaps the best on the 3rd floor but had lots of defects. No pictures with minimal kitchen equipment, 2 pots, a hidden frying pan, 2 pieces of cutlery of the worst quality. 2 rusty hotplates, 0.5 litres of rancid oil, completely rusty without salt, etc. Broken marble slab in the bathroom, protruding seals on the terrace, 1 defective lounger that was only repaired after the 3rd complaint on our 3rd day. 2 construction sites next door, the employees live in one of them on the weekend and make noise from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and loud music at night and on the weekend. No reduction in price after the complaint, only cleaned once on the 3rd day of a 7-day stay. In the region there are lots of big water holes on all the streets with endless mosquitoes. You live in a construction site region that will only be developed in the next few years. It is also difficult to get to the beach without getting wet feet or sinking into swamp holes!!! And then an arrogant property management that is never present!!!!"

"Absolutely beautiful apartment with hotel services! We had really relaxing 11 days here. The pool gets sun all day and its so warm (on may). They clean the room daily and keep all areas superclean all day. Location is perfect; near beach & restaurant. There is Lovely breakfast too! Would love to come back some day again!"

"The hotel far exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful, peaceful, full of plants and rustic. One block from the sea. The breakfast is very rich, it has coffee with vegetable milk, fruit juice, pancakes, fruit, scrambled eggs, cereals, granola, yogurt, bread. The dinners are also delicious; Usually there are three different dishes of your choice + salads. They are seasoned in the Mexican style and the quantity is very good. We also understand that the next reservations will be without dinner. Everything is very well organized by Víctor and Óscar. They have a super friendly treatment with all guests and are very helpful, both for doubts/queries regarding the hotel as well as tours or things to do on the island. We left very happy. We would return to the hotel because the stay was wonderful. I highly recommend it, you won't regret it if you decide to go."

"The hotel is very well located, with good service and very clean. The island, although it is a paradise, is very dirty, as there is no drainage service, and it smells very bad in some places. The rental of golf carts to get around is very expensive...!!!! They offer a visit to see the luminescence, however it was not what we expected. The gastronomic offer is more or less good, and the access to the beaches is closed by the hotels. It is worth visiting, but only for one night."
