We had an amazing stay here, even in spite of some terrible weather the second half of our stay. The staff was amazing and attentive, they kept the restaurant open even with a storm and flooding happening in the area. They truly went above and beyond. The restaurant is a gem on this island. Room was excellent and clean.

We loved our stay at Ser Casasandra! The service was amazing and we had a wonderful and relaxing time. The staff at Casasandra is top notch and arranged everything for u from the minute we were picked up at the airport in Cancun and transported for the ferry we didn't have to worry about a thing! The daily breakfast is beautiful and delicious and the servers are all wonderful. We loved the beachfront Mojito bar and relaxing under the umbrella on the daybeds. Truly a 10/10 experience and we will definitely go back!

This resort is a lovely and serene paradise on the beautiful beaches of Holbox. It’s quiet, clean and beautiful with extra touches like incense in the rooms and fresh flowers. The staff were so caring and sweet…they were full of recommendations and were unfailingly polite and helpful. Excellent location just outside of the hustle/bustle but still walking distance to everything. Just perfect.

We loved it here. The service was wonderful. Easy beach days. Rooms were clean and quiet. They provide bikes. Great food and cocktails. The pool was lovely. It’s an easy place for kids to roam. The beach is perfect. Easy to get around. Highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel. Best in holbox! Beautiful designed hotel in every detail. Both inside, outside and rooms. Best beach club and beach in holbox. Perfect location. Great service also. Also good with kids. We were a family of 4 (kids 3 and 5 years) A hotel vibe we will miss and remember.
