Excelente servicio, instalaciones y habitaciones. Todo hecho con mucho amor. Gracias por todo lo vivido. El camarero Emmanuel ha sido muy gentil y muy amoroso con nosotros. Gracias también a Sandra, una persona muy amorosa, generosa y sevicial.

El mejor Lugar de Holbox desde el recibimiento hasta la atencion de despedida , las camas almohadas detalles , sabores , musica , un Verdadero Oasis de Tranquilidad Belleza, Extraordinaria Hospitalidad . La playa Mojito Bar con comodidad atencion bebidas musica y la m jornplaya de la Isla. El restaurante es Gourmet Toques fusión de sabores mexicanos, cubanos pescado exquisito y postres espectaculares! cada area es especial , desde las areas de yoga y meditacion , masajes , spa, hasta la validez del restaurante lobby y la frescura y moderno Mojito bar .

Dieses Hotel ist magisch. Der Standort des Hotels, nahe am Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig, friedlich ist perfekt. Das komplette Personal war so wahnsinnig freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ambiente und die Einrichtung ist perfekt stimmig und erzeugt sofort ein Wohlgefühl. Der Beachclub mit Stand ist wunderschön und wir haben uns gerne dort aufgehalten. Die Zimmer waren wunderbar geräumig, sauber und so schön eingerichtet. Wir danken dem gesamten Team von Ser Cassandra für die tolle Zeit an diesem atemberaubenden Ort.

We absolutely loved our time in Holbox which was made all that much better because of our stay at CasaSandra. It is a very peaceful and serene place. The staff at the hotel make a beautiful place even more beautiful. Right from the beginning, Yaima took great care in helping us to book our room and plan our last minute trip. Once we arrived and met Martin, we knew our stay was going to be wonderful. He could not have been more spot on in helping us plan our daily adventures and in choosing restaurants. He went out of his way and exceeded all of our expectations! The waiters and bartenders at the restaurants at the hotel were also fantastic - Fernanda, Edgar, Jasiel, Erick! I also had a massage while at the hotel with Yadira which was the most relaxing massage I have had. We truly enjoyed our time here and are already planning our next visit. Thank you all for making it so memorable!

Une adresse qui devrait rester secrète . Un endroit spécial et hors du temps où l’on se sent comme à la maison . Nous avions la petite villa 14 avec deux chambres , c’était magique. Nous avions vraiment l’impression d’être comme chez nous . Toute l’équipe a été formidable des le début , processus de réservation , aide pour les diverses questions … La plage de casa sandra est la plus belle de l’île . Les restaurants sont très qualitatifs et les petits déjeuners d’une grande qualité . La soirée grill le dimanche sur la plage est fortement recommandé . Les cours de yoga le matin sont gratuits et vraiment super. Les massages sont aussi très bien. Merci à Martin qui nous a accompagné pendant tout le séjour . Merci à toute l’équipe de Casa sandra pour leur professionnalisme et de nous avoir fait vivre cette semaine inoubliable et hors du temps .

After spending 8 days in average 5 star resort Iberostar Cozumel, it has been a dream to come to Ser Casandra in Holbox. Very exclusive, calm and quiet. It is so relaxing and beautiful here. Staff are sweet, friendly and very helpful. Yoga classes in the morning are fabulous. This is like paradise on earth

This hotel was amazing- beautiful quiet quaint- perfect location quiet beach walk to town center- bike-taxi. Spotless with impeccable service and fabulous food- beyond our expectations and highly recommend!! Will definitely return ♥️

We loved our stay at Ser Casasandra! The service was amazing and we had a wonderful and relaxing time. The staff at Casasandra is top notch and arranged everything for u from the minute we were picked up at the airport in Cancun and transported for the ferry we didn't have to worry about a thing! The daily breakfast is beautiful and delicious and the servers are all wonderful. We loved the beachfront Mojito bar and relaxing under the umbrella on the daybeds. Truly a 10/10 experience and we will definitely go back!
