Not front beach, old building needs upgrades.
Did not honor my 2 cabanas reservation, just gave me one room had to share room w our friends.

Las instalaciones en general muy deterioradas, nada que ver a lo que muestran en la pagina, lo peor de todo no dormimos ya que desde las 8 pm y hasta las 5am el antro o bar que esta enseguida con la musica a todo volumen. Tengan mucho cuidado con las atenciones que te ofrecen en el bar barba Rosa ya que cuando llegas te preguntan solamente si estás hospedado puesto que ya te incluye el desayuno continental te llevas la gran sorpresa que te estan cobrando el desayuno continental de la carta, lo que se hace una falta de respeto. En general esta equis el lugar NO vuelvo, la atencion de los chicos de recepcion excelente trato Osvaldo y Julio

Bad experience. We like to go to Holbox every year, but we will not return to this place. We got the same room as always, but now without TV, without towels, with terrible beds - you probably sleep better on the floor - and the same price. The room is not even cleaned from one day to the next, nor during the entire weekend we were there. The water in the shower is just a trickle and without hot water... and on top of that the bar next door plays music until 6 in the morning. If they were decent in this place, they would clarify that it is impossible to sleep or they would find a way to improve the experience. The last night we wanted to go sleep somewhere else and they told us that they did NOT give a refund, so we couldn't change hotels. If what you are looking for is to rest, you won't get it here.

Siempre quedábamos aquí, sin embargo esta ocasión fue pésima! No pudimos dormir la primera noche porque a un lado hay un bar que pone la música a tope y a la administración tanto del hotel como del bar no le importa, nos contactamos con la señora Daniela que fue quien nos hizo la reservación y NUNCA fue para contestarnos, ni darnos opciones, el gerente dijo que si Daniela no nos contestaba pues entonces ya veía que opciones nos daban, nos querían cambiar a otras habitaciones que se escucharía igual el escándalo porque NO nos podían reembolsar. Te cobran la noche como si tuvieran su espacio al 100 y la verdad es que les falta MUCHO que mejorar!

All the night is super noisy, music, people and other things, in the morning lots of noise for construction or something like that…my time in this hotel was bad

There's a club right next to it, so be ready not to sleep much. Our room door wouldn't stay shut without locking it and the fans in the lobby didn't work.
The front desk receptionist, Claudette was very, very nice and helpful! If it wasn't for the club noise, the location is great.

Hola muy mal , el coral está al lado de una discoteque , que abre a las 8:00 pm y cierra a la 5:00 pm , es el after party de holbox.
Cabalas muy viejas , sin mantenimiento .
No hay toallas suficientes para la playa.
No es cierto que están frente al mar , hay que cruzar un club de playa Para llegar al
Mar y si lo usas hay que consumir , para que té buen trato .
Mi estandía fue de tres noches.tres noches que no dormí.
Muy caro , para las carencias y antigüedad del hotel .
