Nice little hotel in the centre of Holbox. Very friendly and English speaking people working there. We stayed for one night and enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful hotel and service, with trained and professional people, very friendly hosts and providing good information about the place…Without a doubt, I will always recommend this hotel to future visits to Holbox.
They even let us use the rooftop pool, having already checked out, waiting for the return time by ferry in the afternoon.

Estuvimos 2 dias, la habitacion era sencilla, todo lo que pasa a fuera se oye, las sabanas estaban sucias, no habian toallas cuando llegamos, sallimos a pasear y pedimos que hicieran la limpieza en la habitacion, al regresar colo colgaron las toallas donde pudieron, la cama medio la acomodaron, ni las almohadas compusieron, no tenia jabon para bañ****. Y lo peor de todo es que solicitamos factura y nos salieron que por haber hecho la reservacion por la plataforma de hoteles no nos podian facturar, en fin que la experiencia fue muy mala.

Tuvimos un problema con una habitación se tiraba el agua del baño lo comentamos a la recepción y en toda la estancia no lo solucionaron. Y 2 días 2 no tuvimos agua en la habitación.

no tenian toallas disponibles , las estuvimos solicitando por dos dias hasta que finalmente tuvieron, que por problemas de agua, no hubo agua caliente, el internet falla mucho y hay pisos que de pano no tienen señal, salvo el lobby que ahi si funcionaba. ubicacion buena a solo unas cuadras del centro, pero si no fuera por los detalles de servicio y falta de seguimiento, seria una buena opcion de alojamiento
