The beds were super comfortable! Like, man, if you are looking for a place to crash after a day exloring the island, that's a great spot. Close to the center, surprisingly quiet and comfortable. Buuut there wasn't hot water at the hotel, and construction all around.

Location was great. Close enough to the action to walk, but far enough that it was quiet. Loved that you could hang out at their sister property’s beach club. Highly recommend this hotel.

El hotel esta cerca del centro y del ferry , las habitaciones estan muy bien y tiene una picina muy linda aunque un poco fria. El desayuno esta muy rico aunque un poco escaso. El personal muy atento y servicial en especial Jhonatan que siempre fue muy atento. Muy buena relacion calidad precio.

Excelente atención en recepción, muy cálidos, los cuartos con la limpieza requerida, la cama y las almohadas muy cómodos, los panes del desayuno ¡increíbles! Sin duda vuelvo a hospedarme en mi próxima visita con ellos.¡ Buena ubicación!

The Hotel is really pretty, the staff is friendly. BUT the amount of noise is terrible. I understand that it is located on the Main Street coming into town, but better doors and windows would have made the rooms in the front tower way more comfortable. It is not the hotel to go to if you want a few days of rest. We had to change rooms because the first room had no hot water and the ceiling fan was broken, the staff was accommodating and moved us to another room (although the second room water was barely room temp warm). Great location in regards to the ferry and the plaza, if that is what you are looking for. But again, not the hotel for some days of peace and quiet.

Excelente hotel, muy limpio, tranquilo cerca de todo, tienes facilidad para todo, muy buen servicio desde la recepción del hotel hasta el servicio de las habitaciones, todos son muy amables y serviciales. Natalia, Valeria y Jonatan en Recepción geniales, ama de llaves Adriana y sus equipo de lavandería muy trabajadores todos los días, en Mizael todo muy rico y limpio, Ernesto nos atendió de lo mejor, muchas gracias y felicidades, esperamos volver.

We only stayed one night. The reception was very friendly, but it rained that night and we had no shower, no sink or no toilet for a couple hours. Then our door handle came off, couldn’t leave until that was fixed and that took a while to have someone come out. Apparently the owner of the building lives in America and didn’t seem in a rush to fix our door. The showers n sink eventually worked after the rain. But our room was clean and had a nice balcony.

Beautiful place with very nice staff. In the building there is a cafe where you can eat breakfast and a restaurant for evening. We recommend this place. Check in was quick, we were one hour early and we didn’t have to wait long for a room to be ready. There are a lot of friendly cats, beautiful pool and funny raccoons.
