Very nice hotel! The staff was really friendly. Our room was clean, the hotel is located not far from the center and the beaches. Really great experience in this hotel!

The actual hotel is fine. This is my 4th trip to the island but my first time staying at this property. Holbox always has an issue when it rains. The streets become muddy and there will be standing water in some places. However, Naj Casa had the whole street in front of the hotel full of disgusting water knee deep. We had two rooms booked. One for myself and my wife and one for my older father. His room did not have hot water. They attempted to fix it but could not. 4 days and no hot water. They offered to move him to a room on the second floor but we needed him on the first floor because he does not navigate stair well. Finally we lost power and water in the hotel. Losing power is always an issue on the island. However when it affects being able to flush a toilet it can really cause issues.

The location of the property was not ideal. It’s off the beaten path for travelers and wasn’t easy to get to after rain with flooded roads. The property is clean and well kept. The beds barely had more than a sheet on it and there was only 1 bottle of water provided which wasn’t enough for two people to have a glass and definitely wasn’t enough for coffee. The kitchenette was a nice feature in the room and the room was clean. Breakfast wasn’t until 8 and they wouldn’t provide anything earlier for us since we had to check out earlier than 8.
Overall was not impressed. Will not be returning to this property.

Naj Casa Hotel is a ok hotel. It is clean and it has all the
necessities.
However, the service is very poor. They dont really respond you when you text them. Also, one of the staff members (guy working in the morning), was very rude. I was almost afraid of asking him anything because he would never help me. He wouldnt even let me switch my beach towel until every 3. day depsite that it has been raining non stop. Basically he wouldnt help with anything even when I lost my credit card and tried to charge me extra for the hotelroom key.
However, the two other staff members working there were really nice and helpfull. Also the cleaning service was super + also very nice! + the people working in the breakfast restaurant was also very.

Amazing and highly recommended. Very clean. Conveniently local part way between the dock and the ocean. Able to walk to most places. Would absolutely return. All the staff were excellent.

L’hôtel est propre et proche du centre. Nous avons très mal dormi une machine avec un bruit se déclenche la nuit … La femme de ménage qui passe le balai a 7h devant la porte ( avec le bruit qui va avec …) Nous avons pris une formule avec petit déjeuner compris mais comme nous avons demandé du lait dans le café un supplément de 130 pesos (7e) nous a été demandé ! Une honte on nous prends vraiment pour des pignons 7e une goûte de lait !!

Nice hotel option. It’s public, pool space is small but charming. Modern, clean and staff were great, unlimited water refills, even ice from the bar while not purchasing their beverages. Gonzalo at the front desk was helpful and friendly. It’s relatively back from the beach but it’s a 5min walk through town and the action so a fun walk. Obviously closer to beach = $ so we found it a good option. First time visiting Holbox but in peak season the place looks maybe 30-40% capacity. Genuine feeling that they are pricing themselves out. Hotel was reasonable at 1800mxn. But everything you consume is expensive. $200 for a very average cocktail, 2 for 1 at happy hour everywhere but that’s pricey. Not sitting and eating anything for less than $200peso and fish or ceviche expect closer to 400. And this is plastic chair places not the more trendy, higher end restaurants. Enjoyed our time, just be prepared to spend
