No.15 Bath

It’s good

Sumptuous would be the word to describe this hotel. From the lobby to the room to the free snacks pantry, everything is sumptuous. The room we booked is absolutely huge with high ceilings and large windows. The bed and bedding is super super comfortable and we slept really well. The bathroom is nice with a big tub. Location is also excellent, minutes from downtown, the bridge and Roman baths. Looking forward to staying here again.

The No. 15 Hotel was like no other experience we have had in England! The staff was so warm and welcoming and could not do enough for our family. We felt like we were coming home to family every time we entered the doors. Ola, Stew, Charis & Chris and the whole restaurant staff, went above and beyond for any of our needs! The service and treatment at this hotel is just a first class operation. 1. When we got off our train in Bath, they had delightful Chris meet us and pick up our suitcases in lovely cart, and drive them to the hotel. 2. We needed laundry done from traveling in London previously, before coming to Bath, and Ola and Stew helped us get that immediately taken care of with their laundry service they use. We were ever so grateful for this service to have clothes to wear again, that were fresh and clean. So wonderful! 3. The lovely staff of ladies at the restaurant were so accommodating and always with a kind smile and the service and the food was the best we have ever tasted in England. Best waffles and Mushroom hash egg dish! One morning we had to eat and run and leave half of food, because of a tour starting early, and we felt bad leaving in the middle of a beautiful breakfast. The ladies were so understanding and kind under our circumstances. 4. Our carriage house room was delightful and tastefully decorated, room was spotless and clean and the whole hotel was immaculately clean and stunning decor. They had this magical snack cart outside our room with the best goodies, if you needed a snack or drink at ANYTIME. Such a plus for a midnight sweet tooth or snack! The garden was so BEAUTIFUL in the front of carriage house we enjoyed our time in it during the day and evening. We met a sweet kitty on the wall that belonged to next door neighbors. We enjoyed our visits and saying hello to a furry friend while away from our pets. Don’t hesitate to book this place! If you like warm, caring and friendly people and a clean and stunning hotel! This is the place look no further. In top of that close to EVERYTHING in BATH. Plus a beautiful park in the back of hotel we enjoyed walks in while eating an ice cream from snack cart. JUST A LOVELY AND FANTASTIC PLACE!!! AC WORKED WONDERFULLY in our room a real plus! We cannot wait to come back someday and see the lovely staff and stay at this hotel again! Second stay at this hotel. Both times given room on lower level. Hot and stuffy. Starting at 6 in the morning, the staff begin setting up for breakfast which is located in the lower level, they bang the doors around, they speak at the top of their voices, they bang their carts around, every time they open the door to access the lower level, the door slams shut and shakes everything in the room. Basically after 6AM don’t expect to get any sleep.
