I am a Hilton Diamond Member so I spend a lot of time at Hilton properties. I approached the front desk. The front desk clerk did not greet me. He looked up at me as if I were bothering him. I asked him if he had an extra box of facial tissues I could have. He replied, "I do. But I would have to get up and go look for them." I walked away, stunned by the response. Tru, you have to fix this in many of your locations. The service is horrible. I contacted the hotel through the Hilton app afterward. They never responded. Hence the negative review.
