"I rarely give hotels bad reviews, but this one deserves a strong negative review. 1. I booked two nights, but not at the same time. After the first night, I had to check out before 12:00 AM and could only check in after 3:00 PM. They didn't offer luggage storage. 2. The hygiene was extremely poor. And it's a chain hotel! Even with free accommodation, I would never go back."

"We arrived at the hotel and it looked very nice so we checked in. It was around dinner time and the amenities that were listed in the web site were all wrong. They listed   a in-house restaurant ( no restaurant's) , they listed a bar with liquor and wine ( no liquor or wine bar ), they listed a gym ( they had two tread mills in a room the size of a large closet). We were not real happy but because we booked the room on line and paid for it , we could not cancel at that time or we would lose our money. The room rate was reasonable but when we found out that the web site was misleading we should have been able to cancel and the money’s refunded. We were tired so we went up to the room and it was small for a room with a king bed . The bathroom was ok with a walk in shower, but after a shower and you opened the door water dropped all over the floor. I forgot to say the room was very clean as well as the bathroom which was very nice. In the morning we went to the breakfast bar which was OK but again the amenities list said a full breakfast bar, I guess they meant if a few guests were eating at the same time it would be a full bar. In closing I will pass on the Tru by Hilton"
