Beautiful room - large, lots of storage, huge kitchen, quartz countertops, great pool area with lots of available lounge chairs. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at.

Great location, large spacious rooms. Only issue is $40 nite parking plus $39 /day resort fee plus $500 hold on credit card. Not keen on surprises like this

The bed platforms are hugely flawed. The bottom frame at the corners stick out past the mattress making it easy to hurt your feet if you are not very very careful. Almost broke a toe.
No on site restaurant or dining.
We were not informed our side of the building did not have room service unless requested.

I can’t say enough about this hotel. I went down with my daughter in February and fell in love with it and it’s location and my husband and I just got back from there last week. The staff are friendly, accommodations are top-notch and you can’t beat the amenities. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. We are planning another trip in November and I can’t wait!!!!🏝️🍷😎⛱️

Costa is a decent hotel with great proximity to the beach and Hollywood Broadwalk. The hotel does have some minor issues with ignored room maintenance. Our dishwasher didn’t work in room #1 and the glass shower doors colored together in room #2. Toilet seat were loose. And the glassware, etc is a mishmash of styles and sizes. Parking is convenient and a “bargain” at $40 day with in/out compared to street or public garage parking. The rooftop pool/bar and restaurant is not operated by Costa so you can’t bill to your room and they often have non-hotel related events or parties up there with non-hotel guests. Pool is nice and hottub was hot and operational and seemed pretty clean.

Went for a week for our honeymoon. Booked a suite with a balcony. Nice water views - pool and restaurant are on the roof of one of the buildings. Two main tips - 1. make sure if you plan to have a car with you to budget for valet ($40/day) or figure out another way to park your car. I thought there would be other parking options but there were no others that made sense for us. 2. I don’t know if this is normal for the area, but we needed to REQUEST 24 hours ahead of time for our room to be serviced by housekeeping, I don’t know if it would have been visited at all if we didn’t. I requested new towels be delivered, thinking they’d at least take the old ones at that time (they did not), after that was relayed to me and we got new towels while we were out that same day…..via a garbage bag filled with new towels placed just inside our room door. Otherwise everything was nice and pleasant for the price we paid.
