"This hotel is a real gem nestled in amongst the high rises of the Hollywood neighbourhood of Fort Lauderdale. It is a family owned and operated establishment. Super clean and comfortable accommodations with many thoughtful touches. The courtyard is beautiful tropical oasis with a heated swimming pool surrounded by lush foliage and plants. It's even lovelier after dark when all the twinkle lights are on. Our stay here was wonderful - highly recommended!!"

"The place is "quite" nice because it's Miami Hollywood Beach, but it's hard to find the front desk because there are many different buildings on different blocks that belong to the same property. A surprise was that the sign said it includes parking, but you had to pay for it separately, and you also had to pay extra resort taxes, which weren't mentioned anywhere either. We arrived at 10 p.m., and when we asked about this, the front desk responded, "Either you pay it or you have to leave and file a dispute with the website." Quite rude, ruining your vacation from day one. The rest of the staff was nice and attentive. The breakfast was plentiful and American-style, but outdoors. On rainy days, you don't know what to do and have to take your meals to your room, which can be 200 or 300 meters away on foot. It's one block from the beach, so the location is very good, although the beach is full of seaweed... Anyway, two blocks from the beach and two blocks from the sand. I don't think I'll come back because it's much more expensive than advertised and you end up paying more than what you get."

"You have to beg for cleaning; they don't do it themselves. Of all the things they promised, there was no hairdryer. The fire alarm kept going off. And we had to pay extra for parking. Breakfast is only from 7:30 to 9:30, and we never made it. I don't know who eats breakfast that early."

"Never was told that reception closed and reopen until 8:30am, so if you need to check out nobody knows that the room was in good conditions afyer you leave, and you will not be charged for anything. Never told that breakfast was in a different place than the Hotel like a mile and a half away and if you don’t have car gotta walk or order an uber. The girls at reception weren’t e but need to let customers know this very important details."
