That’s left sour taste in my mouth. Other than that it’s fine, bathrooms can be cleaner really. But strong Ac and close access to the beach was great ."

The apartments are the best, big, comfortable, with all the comforts. they are really to live. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and it is very good for you to use the valet parking for $40 per day without exception, and you can also find the car alone. Check well the costs because, besides stay and park, 14% taxes are paid, resort fee, cleaning ..."

"We loved this hotel and the room we got could fit a family of almost 8, which was completely unexpected. Love the beach towels and chairs they offer. I don’t know, it just had a nice feel to it and the little things stand out…like cold water for guests waiting in the lobby and an outdoor shower to rinse off after going to the beach. The room and beds were cozy."

"We had a fantastic weekend getaway at Costa. The location is excellent, steps to the beach. They provide beach chairs and also you can borrow different toys and floaties for your child. The room we stayed in was very nice and had a full kitchen. Service is very friendly. The rooftop pool had salty water and had a few floating pillows. The hot tub was good as well. Can't wait to return."

"Never was told that reception closed and reopen until 8:30am, so if you need to check out nobody knows that the room was in good conditions afyer you leave, and you will not be charged for anything. Never told that breakfast was in a different place than the Hotel like a mile and a half away and if you don’t have car gotta walk or order an uber. The girls at reception weren’t e but need to let customers know this very important details."

"The room was quite nice - sparkling clean! This is definitely the most important element for me, but this place didn't disappoint regarding cleanliness. One thing I found disappointing was that, while this is a solid place to have a family vacation, there isn't really a more quiet place to get some work done besides the desk in the guest room. The business center is right in the middle of the front lobby, which can sometimes get super loud. A quieter workspace area that is tucked away would be nice. One frustrating thing was the amount of gratuity tacked on to everything. We went to the Bar & Grill for some snacks and a beer one day, and despite only getting our order taken at the bar and one other person bringing out our food and drinks once, maybe twice, the resort has the audacity to add on an 18% service fee on top of the price automatically. I understand that inflation and cost of living are a problem, but it shouldn't give hotel chains like Hilton to pass on the responsibility of paying their employees to their customers. They should actually pay their people a fair wage. $40/day+tax for mandatory valet parking was also completely unnecessary. That being said, experience-wise, it's still a good place and seemed to be one of the lower-priced resorts in the area, but I hate how hotel chains tend to find ways to gouge just a little bit more money out of people around every corner."
