Old rooms,bad cleaning,many muscito,very expensive not worth the price.
Clean the rooms only if you stay 3 nights

We were supposed to be on an entire non-smoking floor but the entire hallway reeked of *********. Every time we came and went from the room. It was awful.

The service was pretty good. The only service received really was check-in and check out as far as the hotel itself went. The food was pretty good. Breakfast at Rise for less than 15 bucks.

Beautiful hotel and very well maintained with lots of restaurants and excellent place to visit . Beds extremely comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit while attending Jerry Seinfeld .

Stayed in 30339 & I was in 30646. For b birthday getaway we both were supposed to have late check out apparently only one room was assigned late check out then I called at around four in the morning just to make sure that everything was set because we got in late and did not wanna have to worry about waking up early I was never told that only one room had a check out and check out was 11 at 9:55 housekeeping started reading the doorbell my sister‘s room that was also late check out doorbell started from 950. This was just a very horrible way to end such a lovely night that we had. It was just so annoying they kept ringing it even though we got up and I said we had a late check out didn’t care like half an hour and they came back and they rang the bell again and I was like for that experience I wouldn’t stay there again because I felt so annoyed like you were being forced out

Superbe hôtel! ******s, restos et piscines incroyables! Un peu loin de tout mais il y’a de quoi s’occuper pendant son séjour. Le personnel dans l’ensemble est sympathique à part quelques uns notamment le dining room, accueil on a l’impression de les embêtés.

Sliding glass door doesn’t lock. Speakers in room don’t work. Then, slider wouldn’t even CLOSE in order to be locked. Still waiting on service. They said 15-30 minutes. Times up. Speakers don’t work. Sent IT guy up. He didn’t know what we were talking about. Slider was nearly impossible to close at first and wouldn’t lock. Our in-house phone wont call the front desk, only the operator. THEN when we came back in from balcony, the he slider wouldn’t even close all the way. I worked in hospitality for years and this is no way for guests who spend $1,500 a night to be treated. Will update if anything gets fixed.

I have to be here for work. What a mistake! Hot Dogs are $15! The common areas REEK of cigar/cigarette smoke and even though our room is non smoking, the stench of Pot is EVERYWHERE! Beds are comfortable, bag tub you need a ladder to get in and out of- it’s dangerous. I’ll NEVER understand the concept of cloth shower curtain liners. Cool deco around but I would not come back and am glad it wasn’t my money spent! This is embarrassing

Believe me as a former employee of the horrock Seminole I have never in my life being mistreated by any of the staff members and plus management I've been lied to I think I had my signature forged I have waited multiple months for a position the service was horrible the managers there was disrespectful and immature I would never ever stay another night at the Hard Rock Seminole I don't like Pablo who's vice president of food and beverage Behavior and I definitely don't like Matthew Behavior whose general manager of Pool as well as the assistant food and beverage manager she was so rude at the pool area. I walked into the pool area Mark had one staff member sitting on the table people eating inside the pool as well as the lifeguard was taking the nap I really don't like the service here at the Seminole
