First the people I mean everyone were so damm rude I was affended.and nobody would speak English. Parking was a **** show 18 dollars to park or get towed kids running around TV was on the Spanish Chanel couldn't change the channel and on top off all that after you wait in a never ending line to get your room they charge your card a extra 100 dollars for a deposit that you don't get back for 1p days maybe .this place is the worst pace I have ever stayed in alond a beautiful beach .it's like being in a different country .reminded me of Tijuana

The customer service was good and quick
The condition of the Bed in the room needs
Improvement,The layout of the room needs improvement also (toilet cover needs changing and add more towels and wash cloth). The cleanliness of the room was good

Where do I start, attitudes above all, communication was unpleasant, refuse to give me receipt I left 2 days early due to ER n they refused to reimburse me for my money, they said it was on the paperwork which they never gave me a copy nor explain, their answer was”you should’ve read it “ I so you didn’t even mentioned or was never hi lite it on the paper work, that means I have 2 more days of hell to go back to, very noisy, doors are ver hard to close or open, so every time someone opens a door or close you get woken up, the laundry room was next to our room let’s just say I thought someone was gonna come thru the wall, or the pipes no sleep at all. They said the beds are queen size , no more like full size with a hole in the middle, the only advantage is, they are walking distance to the board walk n the beach.

Stay away. Very run down and unsafe place. They charge additional "service fees" on top of your reservation before you can even see the room. I had to leave because I did not feel safe there- activities around the area is suggesting criminal activities.
