First, my booking was processed wrong (two of us are coming and I booked a double and they gave me a king). The third-party system is blaming Margaretville, and they are blaming the third-party system. Either way, it has been beyond difficult to get in touch with them to rectify the issue less then 24 hours out from my vacation. I then tried calling and the first few calls would pick up and then hang up. When someone finally did answer it was like talking to a brick wall. Super unresponsive and clearly uninterested in helping. Eventually, I was left with no choice but to not come. The room would not accommodate the two of us, I was scheduled to leave in a matter of hours, and let's not mention the fact that the area is experiencing dangerous flooding (of which they lied about). So unfortunate. $2,000 dollars down the drain. I will never patronize a Margaritaville in the future.
