We paid in advance tr reserve a parking spot. On arrival there was NO PARKING AVAILABLE. HAD YO PATK ON YHE STREET AT AN EXTRA COST FOR 4 hours until finally someone left. Office not open at 5:30pm right up until next day when we checked out at 10am. Left 3 voicemails to management and an email with no response.

Towels and washcloths were wet. Hair and stains in the bed. Couldn't get in contact with anyone to remedy the problems.
