The facility is clean and safe. Very convenient stay if you are going to Hard Rock or the night before a cruise. The beach is not too far away and Ricky's Sports Bar is within walking distance, great food and drinks. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. This place is a hidden gem and I will stay there over and over again when I'm in the area.

The property looked great from the outside and I think they did a good job renovating the rooms, but the bedrooms were extremely dusty. There was even a thick layer of dust on the wall and ceiling fan. I have asthma and I had to dust the room myself because I was having trouble breathing. The sponge to clean the dishes was dingy and there was more dust buildup on the kitchen cabinets. When I was in the office I saw a price list for hand towels, sheets, pillow cases... Ect. We were so afraid to use the towels because we were worried we would get charged if they were dirty. Although, looking around the room, I saw bleach stains on the bed ruffle, a dark spot on the curtains, a stain on the sheets and discolored spots on the comforter. We took photos of them in fear that we would get charged for someone elses stains. They also stated if we don't wash our dishes before we leave, we would be charged $30! I assumed cleaning was included in the price. Nice place, but very strict with the rules.

From start to finish no complaints, just high praise. Good clean room bed was very comfy great nights sleep. Not in your face but available to give top quality service.
Manager was polite and friendly and new about the area gave a great recommendation for breakfast Miraman Cuban Bakery.
