The hotel is very well located, in the heart of the fishermen area, which allows you to walk around, including the seafront a few steps. It was very quiet. Very pleasant stay. Rooms are spacious and super clean. The bedroom is very comfortable. The staff at the reception is very pleasant. Breakfast is extensive. I strongly recommend. Soon

Amazing castle high up in Hondaribbia.. Position is right in the centre of the old town so perfect for exploring. Beds were not the best. A bit hard but acceptable for a couple of nights. The rooms weren’t luxurious, a bit tired but the views from our bedroom were spectacular, overlooking the Atlantic harbour. Decent sized bathroom. Breakfast was just okay - freshly squeezed juices would have been nice. Lots of good restaurants nearby as although there’s a cafeteria on site, no facilities for dinner. Overall would recommend as the opportunity to stay in an actual castle is worth it.

We were staying at our friends home in San Sebastián until the tour d France closed the road to the airport. Decided to stay close to the airport in hondarribia! Such a cute little sea side town! The Jaizkibel was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is has a cozy inviting courtyard and dining room and the grounds are beautiful. The rooms, though small, are very comfortable and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable! I would definitely come back to this place!
