Nos enfants nous ont offert des cartes cadeau pour un relai château. Nous avons choisi la FERME ST SIMEON, et son restaurant gastronomique "les impressionnistes" Le menu 8 temps nous a impressionné par sa diversité, la recherche des saveurs, et son raffinement. L'établissement est magnifique et le personnel très avenant. Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Nous remercions le personnel de la réception, de la cuisine, et du service. Un petit regret, pas de nappe sur les tables pour un restaurant de ce standing. Nous savons toutefois que cela se fait de moins en moins, surtout que vos tables en bois sont très belles. Wonderful place and property, you breathe history. But trainee should be trained before they handle customers and rooms should be dark at night and dawn - you're not sleeping in a van. Also, at 64 years old I don't like to take showers sitting in a huge bath tube with the shower in my hand: that stopped 54 years ago, more or less. Excellent breakfast and La Boucane is excellent too. All on the expensive side, obviously.

Dès l arrivée dans l établissement, le personnel est aux petits soins. Nous avons passé 2 nuits à la ferme St Siméon et avons profité de 2 diners au restaurant les Impressionnistes , un régal pour les papilles. Que dire des petits déjeuners, rien ne manque, tout est fait maison . Nous avons pu profiter d un massage en duo au Spa belle expérience ! Merci de nous avoir si bien reçus. Magnifique parenthèse hors du temps dans cette demeure chargée d histoire.

Ce samedi 27 avril a été un déjeuner familial mémorable, le personnel a été attentif et discret. A la fin du déjeuner,nous avons bu un café au salon devant le feu de cheminée, qui donnait une atmosphère très cosy. Nous avons passé un excellent moment, nous reviendrons et recommandons cet établissement.

Nous avons vécu un excellent séjour la Ferme St Siméon. Le cadre est magnifique, le service soigné et la chambre superbe avec le hammam direct dans la salle de bain. De très belles prestations modernes dans un cadre authentique et de charme.

ein traditionelles Haus mit perfektem Service und schönen Zimmern. Unseres war sauber, aber klein und etwas dunkel. Darauf sollte man achten. Die Küche und das Frühstück waren sehr schön und ein wunderbarer Garten lädt ein. Stadtnahe Lage erlaubt in 10 Minuten zu Fuß dort zu sein. Eine gute Wahl und wohl die beste in Honfleur.
