"We came to spend the weekend at this hotel, which looked very appealing on paper; the photos were attractive. However, the pool wasn't clean, and the hammam was out of order. We arrived in our room to find a bed that creaked terribly, a shower head completely covered in limescale (making it impossible for a woman to wash her hair), and very kitschy decor."

"We stayed in the Gite for 2 nights. The hotel has several options for families, through cleverly connecting rooms it is possible to create a comfortable gite for up to 12 people. Rooms are fresh and lovely. Nice garden to relax in and very sweet dog with questioning eyes (especially when there is food around). Honfleur itself is often crowded and slightly too busy, so it was nice to be just around the corner. Highly recommendable!"

"Very clean and despite being close to the harbour it was very quiet and peaceful. A great restaurant caked “Sauvage” 2 doors down with exquisite food. The old carpets in the rooms could do with being removed and updated with vinyl flooring. That was the only issue, we enjoyed our stay here."

"My husband and I stayed for a week we had a fantastic time. The rooms are great, bit noisy at 6 am but we sleep with windows open and we are more used to the sound of geese. The staff at the resturant with same owner were wonderful. Couldn't fault it in any way. Honfleur is interesting place and the museum pass at 18Euro per adult well worth it for 4 museums. Best gite holiday we have had plan to go back next year for 2 weeks."

"Probably one of the best " hotel experience " I have ever had. And I do travel a lot! The Anglo - Norman mansion is beautiful, its beach view is very pleasant however you need to know that you will see the big cranes of Le Havre Harbor right in front of you. However after a while you do not see them anymore. The sunsets are striking!! The rooms are very comfortable and the beds luscious! What made our experience so special was the people running the manoir. Everyone from Mathieu to Victor ( and the 2 young ladies ) and also William the Managing director seem to be totally focused ( and happy! ) with providing you with the best experience they possibly can manage. It is very rare today and needs to be celebrated. In addition " LaTable des Impressionistes " , the restaurant of the hotel offers great service , delicious food and delectable wines. The decor and atmosphere are conducive to a very peaceful and pleasant experience. Only the best local products are offered and you can see how passionate William is about providing you with the best dining experience! I strongly suggest anybody wanting to spend time near Honfleur to stay at Le Manoir des Impressionistes you will not be disappointed! I certainly will be back"

"Excellent aparthotel, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, centrally located, excellent host. It was a bit cold; I couldn't figure out how to turn on the heating and heated towel rail. The rules require a €20 fee for early check-in and check-out. It's fair for early check-in, but strange for early check-out; they could simply arrange contactless check-in and check-out. A complimentary bottle of cider from the hosts. Thank you. The photo shows a view of Honfleur from the Mont-Joli. From Honfleur, you can take a bus to Étretat in 1 hour, with a transfer in Le Havre."

"Yes. It’s a lovely old medieval building with an in-town location. It has lots of charm although it would have been nice if the plastic flowers in the yard and office were real. Our room had little practical lighting - what was the purpose of the huge modern chandelier hanging over the bed? The room had a strong sweet perfume smell. There were 8 lively decorative pillows on the bed but not one of them could be used for comfortable sleeping. Have the owners tried sleeping here? The bathroom was its best attribute. It was beautiful - large and modern. The shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. There was no one permanently at the front desk AND there was no bell to call anyone that we could see. Definitely reserve parking as there are very few spaces on the steep and narrow street."

"Such a beautiful and charming mansion. I felt like I was put back into an earlier time, but had all the modern amenities of today. Gael really wanted everything to be perfect for us and it was. Breakfast had a savory hot dish and a sweet one, plus all the breads and others. Only downside was we only spent one night there. "
