Tout était magnifique, les nouvelles chambres sont superbes , nous avons pu profiter du parc magnifique, et des 2 restaurants somptueux de la ferme Saint Siméon . Un grand merci aux équipes pour leur accueil chaleureux et sincère , nous avons passé un merveilleux moment

Superbe séjour dans un auberge de charme historique magnifiquement restaurée. Jardins et terrasse très agréables. Cuisine exceptionnelle. Service impeccable, professionnel et très sympathique. Chambre très jolie et confortable.

Very nice location, beautiful property, nice restaurant. Rooms are comfortable, but full of “obstacles” for us to hit our heads and feet, and there is very little wardrobe. Service is not compatible with a Relais et Chateau. Tables outside were left with yesterday’s glasses and plates, and despite the nice and pleasant places to sit outside, overlooking the river, since it rained in the morning, all cushions were left outside, and now, with a beautiful afternoon, they are wet, and there is no place to sit. I asked for some cushions for the chairs, but was told that “we are desolee, they are all wet…”. Not a R&C standard. Not to return. Its a pity.

Very good service, room was comfortable and spacious. Food was excellent in both restaurants. Bar service excellent.Hotel is situated in very nice grounds and is close to the centre of Honfleur which is well worth a visit.Would definitely recommend and would visit again.

Een heerlijk verwen-hotel in een schitterende voormalige herberg uit 1630. Alle bijzondere details heeft men zorgvuldig weten te behouden. Veel impressionisten, waaronder Monet en Eugène Boudin, hebben hier verbleven en daar kun je je alles bij voorstellen. Vanuit het hotel kijk je uit over de monding van de Seine. Je ziet de prachtige Pont-de-Normandie en aan de overkant Le Havre. In het hotel hangen talrijke impressionistische schilderijen waarmee veel schilders indertijd "in natura" betaalden. Dit geeft het hotel een hele bijzondere en leuke atmosfeer. De voorzieningen zijn zoals je in een 5-sterren hotel mag verwachten. De tuin is schitterend, een uitgebreide moestuin, veel fruitbomen en een prachtig uitzicht. Eten kun je in het sterren restaurant "Les Impressionistes", maar ook in de voortreffelijke bistro "La Boucane".

Les bâtiments sont magnifiques , intérieur comme extérieur. Nous avions une suite junior avec vue sur la seine, le pont de Normandie… suite très grande et confortable .Le personnel est gentil, serviable, et un barman hors pair!! Un massage adapté à moi, très agréable et efficace,avec une personne respectueuse de l’intimité.

Wonderful place with incredible service. BUT in European tradition, cocktails are super expensive and super small, half the size in the United States. A double Bourbon is half our size, and costs $28. Boo. However, we had a lovely suite and the food was very good.

Tout était parfait,l'hôtel, l'accueil, la gentillesse, le sourire de tous les employés... Nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre séjour. Nous avons apprécié le restaurant la boucane, nos papilles ont adoré de l'entrée au dessert. Nous avons pu visiter Honfleur à 800 mètres à pied de l'hôtel.
