Checked in real late on a weekend and the front office lady was very courteous to have our room upgrade to suite. The view isn’t particularly impressive but the room was spacious with basic amenities all in place. Requested for late check out the next day and the staff was accommodating. One thing that the hotel must pay attention to is the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned thoroughly as there’s ********** right in the bathtub and stains on floor. The “note” to previous guest was still lying on the floor when we entered the room. Overall speaking it is valued for money however awareness on hygiene must be enhanced

We booked for a double bed but they gave us twin beds. We called the reception to change it and they kindly upgrade us to a bigger room on the top room. It’s a minor mistake but they handled it well. The interior design is classy and new. All the electronics in the room can be control by tablets which is very convenient. We had the spa there. The couple spa room is a bit small and the therapists are the best we experienced in HK hotels. Highly recommend the spa there.

The view is wonderful if you take a harbor view, it really changes the experience. The service is great except the check in process, the staff is not enough, plus they let the platinum member in before the other guests so you will have to wait until there are non more platinum… they should have at least ONE PERSON taking care or non platinum members. Location is awesome, go to the top floor bar for a couple of drinks, the view is worth it. I recommend it without doubt

The location is very good, shopping and transportation are very convenient, and the indoor sanitation is very clean, but the bedding is very poor, and it should not be changed every guest. It's hard to find on the third floor, the corridor environment is very poor, and there is a garbage transfer station at the door. Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

Great location. Close to all the restaurants and bars, not too loud. There's a construction site next door but I didn't hear anything over the weekend. Room is small but clean and equipped with a small tv and large desk. Good spot if you just want to come for a weekend and go out for dinner and drinks with friends. Only downside is that there's no gym of any sort and lugging luggage up wellington street from the mtr is a bit of a pain. The better option would probably to take the escalators from central.

The location of the hotel is great, is nearby the bar area to go walking but not close enough to get noisy at night. Even though there were a few buildings in front, we still had a nice view of the ocean. You can also walk to the Ferry area, it takes about 15 minutes and it’s easier to walk than wait to find a taxi. The room was very clean, the shower was absolutely amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was polite and assisted with the requests we had. When we arrived at the room, it smelled a bit musty but it went away after we turned on the AC for a while. Would only like to point out that there are no free power outlet adapters available, however you can purchase them at the hotel for 140 HKD.

This is especially important for passengers who need to be quarantined! 👍🏻 Regarding the room, it is comfortable, clean and fully furnished. We live in a suite this time. The space will naturally be larger, but it is indeed a very good choice for guests who need to work! 👍🏻 Regarding the meal arrangement during the quarantine period, the taste is very good, the temperature can be maintained, and the fast service of the staff responsible for the delivery of food! However, we mainly taste Chinese food. For the opinions of the Western Menu, other guests may need to provide it! 🙏🏻 This year is our second experience of quarantined hotels. Under the comparison situation, it highlights the Prince Hotel's intention to prepare every detail! If there is still such a need next time, we are happy to choose Prince Hotel again!

Nice location, very convenient for travel/shopping/go anywhere. Also have taxi spot. It’s an old fashioned hotel, furnitures are aged. If you stay for several days, you should call the reception to get everyday house keeping service, otherwise you have not.

Located in a very convenient place surrounded by shops and next to MTR. Check in was smooth and room service was good. Even have different coloured tooth brushes to help differentiate for different people. Room was clean and comfortable. Building and room not new but well maintained. View from room was good. It is relatively clean upon check-in. However, room service does not clean the room at all. They only provide a change of towels, bottles of water, and tissues daily. No change of bedsheets either. May be a suitable option for solo travelers who are not fussy but not so much for couples. However, the location is excellent as it is right next to TST MTR and bus stops.

Hankou Hotel needs a big thumbs up. The location is very easy to find in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. It is near Exit E2 of the subway. It is just outside the subway entrance. The hotel room is clean and well-organized. It is very convenient and the design is considerate. It is a family-friendly hotel. Three people can put the beds together. There is a public water dispenser in the public area. It is very convenient to get hot and cold water. There is also a microwave available. There is also a small cabinet in the corridor with disposable supplies. It is very thoughtful! There is also a map posted on the wall, which is very considerate. Although the boss is not very talkative, he is very attentive from the layout! We had the best stay here at Wing Lee. Ching, the lady in charge, was very accommodating, friendly and enthusiastic! The room is clean, and she changes the towels everyday. Came here with friends to participate in the Hong Kong Marathon. We booked a four-person room. The space is large enough for the core area of ​​Tsim Sha Tsui where land is at a premium.
