Been stayed at this hotel for many times before and it's always as nice as usual. Room was spacious with nice open city view. Everything's clean and tidy and the bed was super comfy! Bathroom was clean and literally got everything there! All the staffs were very friendly and helpful! Especially front desk, very patience. Highly recommended, def will come back again!

The hotel is well located in front exit A of TIAN HOU (天后) of metro and the reception is super nice and upgraded me to 37 floor with very nice view and the sky swimming pool is tiny but perfect for me to go swimming by myself! Plus there is the temple 100mt from climbing staircase and turn right and walk for 100mt， I am really happy as I like to go to temple while I am traveling especially goddess Mazhu! I was quite troubled by some issue on job now I am relax and happy after praying! I think the spiritual tranquility is the most important of all than just party and shopping!

Actually it's my second time here and the experience is not as much as the first time but it's still recommendable. Maybe they're just renovating that's why the cleanliness is not maintained.

Location is my number one concern when I decide to choose Youth Loft for my stay in HK. I don't need to bother taking expensive taxi from airport to hotel for check in and vice versa when I need to travel to airport on my departure day. Excellent location and I think this is the main merit compared to most other features. The room is standard and basically clean and tidy. Front desk staff is helpful and friendly.

Lovely hotel, it is my second visit here. The rooms are spacious and worth the money you pay. Staff are amazing and quick to respond to your needs. Their mini bar is also very reasonable. The pool, 2f cafe are also very nice. It’s a clean, hipster hotel recommended for young couples!

Location a bit far to Kwun Tong MTR. Most eateries close early and even shops in apm close at 9 pm, cannot believe this is Hong Kong. The reception was helpful as I had to leave an envelope for a friend in HK to pick up and they were helpful. Hong Kong really needs exceptional service more so now as even ;pca; HK people go to ************** for better variety of shopping and food.
