Been stayed at this hotel for many times before and it's always as nice as usual. Room was spacious with nice open city view. Everything's clean and tidy and the bed was super comfy! Bathroom was clean and literally got everything there! All the staffs were very friendly and helpful! Especially front desk, very patience. Highly recommended, def will come back again!

Very convenient spot with nice staffs and great decorations. It’s easy to be spotted for the taxi driver and quite impress there are 3 staffs at the check in counter. There is a huge supermarket and outlet across the road. The mattress is exceptional and very comfy.

Comfy stay at the Pier. The view of sunrise totally made my day. The room is bigger than expected. One more thing quite unexpected is that there’s a washing machine in this premium ocean front room. On the other hand, the Japanese style breakfast is delicious with several choices. Recommended!!

Nicely located at one of the far but also nearby districts in NT. The metro takes you directly to a mall that connects to the hotel. For a transit stay, the Crown Plaza is an ideal place which has decent room size and provides all the convenience for tourists. Comparing with most hotels in HK, this place is quite competitive price wise.

Good environment with a nice view - a cozy lobby with a festive vibe. The room is clean and spacious. The front desk receptionists are friendly and pleasant. The location is convenient as it is next to TKO MTR station. There are plenty of shopping malls near the hotel. The Green Terrace on 8/F is worth a visit. The laundry facilities are the best of all.
