Front staff's service was good, but, They are not at the front desk, they are stay different building. so If I something need, I have to phone call them. And, I moved to another building due to full occupancy. The original building was very close to the station, but the new building was a just a little further away, and the area around the building was not safe, it was like a slum. The room is very small, mattress and air conditioner were dusty, and toilet was moldy. I have planned to stay several nights, but in the morning we booked another hotel. Sorry, I don't want to book again.

The place is not bad at all.. love the guy owner at the front desk seems so friendly and accommodating us properly 🫶🏻 will probably book this hotel again next time

Not bad for solo but probably won't recommend with travellers expecting more than just a place to sleep in

Nice & clean room. Friendly staff. Fast check in.Great stay. Hotel was near mrt & restaurant. Easy to find food. Small room but ok for short stay.

The location is close to tourist attractions, convenient to travel, but the service is adequate.

So I would say if you want some cheap place, normally I’d say it’s ok. But no. I won’t come back to stay again. The room in general is not bad. But the sink was just patched up. The fillers are still soft. Walls are paper thin. So if not for the price I paid for that night, I would say it’s not that bad, but for the price I paid. No, never again. If not for all the other hotels are horrendous in price that night I wouldn’t have book this place.

Not good service.we almost booked one month ago before my family arrive here in hk.we always update about the room and our booking so that they will have a good place to stay.but suddenly when we get there the receptionist have many excuses that like he didnt know about our booking.and they want us to transfer to the other place of their hotel.for short the service is probably terrible..

The location is pretty good, causeway bay is full of life. there was a nice balcony on the floor where my room was, which had a nice view of the harbour.

Small but location is nice. Accessible to the mrt and bus station.

It was excellent all requirements met and the helpers we're of exceptional service.
