The hostel is in a great central location, conveniently close to the port, shops, and restaurants. However, the check-in process was a bit confusing, especially for first-time visitors to Hong Kong. No clear instructions were provided prior to arrival, and the hostel is tucked away, accessible only via an elevator in a hidden walkway. It took me nearly an hour to find the correct elevator! Once at the door, I had to contact someone through WeChat, which could be challenging for travelers without a local phone number or the app. The room itself was clean and tidied daily, though the noise from the external AC unit was noticeable. Overall, it’s a decent option, but clearer directions and an easier check-in process would make the experience much smoother.

The hostel is perfect for travelers that don't intend on staying long in Hong Kong. Very clean, no bad smell and well organized.

Don't put your business in international platform if you don't value international tourist. They hang up my call because I don't speak Chinese. I've tried to use google translator for asking them to come to the inn, but they just hang up and didn't come. I see another tourist had the same experience. They only communicate with wechat, but wechat need sms verification. How can I get the sms while I am abroad?

The location is very accessible to MRT, like 2 minutes away, as long as you exit the right way,. it’s around Nathan road — have shopping center, restaurants, tourist spots in a walking distance,.. Should contact the hostel in advance also, if what time you’ll be arriving because the room is only for guests, they are not staying there, you have to know the passcode to be able to enter the room,.. The outside area is the male side while there’s another room with another passcode-required locked door for girls,.. They have water dispenser outside, got wifi,.. I’m not sure regarding the bathrooms in the male side, but the bathroom in the women’s area is really small, you cannot even sit properly in the toilet, have separate shower area, I think it’s smaller than the bathroom, it’s 3 and half feet wide,.. But the area is really clean, well-maintained, they’re cleaning it daily — towels, and toothbrush is provided, have shampoo, conditioner and body wash also in the bathroom, slippers are available,.. The bed is comfortable, have thick blanket, aircon was working well,.. I think the only downside with these inn is the size of the bathroom. There’s a cctv outside, in the male area part, but they can close the curtain, so the view of the cctv is only the female area’s outside door where you can see a big mirror, dispenser, electric stove (??), the wifi details…..

The girls have a room with several bunk beds, and the boys' bunk beds are squeezed in the corner of the living room. It is very crowded, the air is not circulated, the salty and sour smell lingers for a long time, and it is a bit stuffy. . The worst thing is that the toilet and the shower are together, which is very crowded and difficult to turn around. The glass is frosted.
