My hotel allocation was at the older building the hotel premise is quite a distance from entrance to the building but its fine. The room size is big toilet and shower separated (nice) their toilet equip with bidet spray and treatment thingy. Plus point Their breakfast selection was good The surrounding of the hotel has alot of cafe pubs and all if you want to stay near to famous tourist locations this might mot be the right hotel for you. I travel around with DiDi Hotel staff are friendly and polite

Good location, friendly reception and rooms are huge, they have a classic old chinese style which is hard to find nowadays, but all very comfortable and clean. Ideal for being near the suzhou center without being in noisy area.

The hotel is nice and clean but rooms are quite old, and we had some issues as our toilet would not flush properly

The staff made our stay in April 2024 very comfortable. In particular the front desk staff Ms Judy Chan is very competent at helping us with all sightseeing details and made us feel most welcome. We highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to Jinling Nanlin for good memories of Suzhou.

The room was dated, but the service and staff were excellent. The breakfast was a large buffet and had a nice mix of Western and Chinese food.
