The hotel is comfortable and clean, with a superior location and beautiful environment. The hotel has billiards, table tennis, cinemas, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and other entertainment facilities. You can spend half a day in the hotel. The breakfast is rich, and the Suzhou noodles, small wontons, and freshly fried dough sticks are all delicious. The hotel service is enthusiastic, especially the front desk Xiao Zhang's patient, thoughtful and meticulous service. We were busy on the way to the hotel and made an appointment to make pizza. When we arrived at the hotel, we were helped to upgrade the lake view room on the 3rd floor. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Taihu Lake on the balcony. The hotel is located on a small island with a good environment. It is close to Xiaojiuhua Temple and Siqian Street. There is a large parking lot next to it, which is convenient for travel. The room is also large, and the bathroom is separated into three parts according to function, which does not interfere with each other. I like it. But there are two disadvantages. One is that the sound insulation is not good. The sound of the game in the next room is very loud, and we can't sleep. We can only ask the hotel to come to persuade; the second is that the thick quilt in winter makes it too hot to sleep.

I originally booked two nights elsewhere with a friend, but suddenly I came across this very cost-effective lake view B&B and decided to change my reservation. To highlight the point, look at p2. The housekeeper said that parking is free in the marked parking spaces. The window glass of this hotel is quite thick, so you can hardly hear the sound from outside.

The location is not in a busy area, but the subway is quite convenient, just right for Line 2 and Line 4. The bed is very comfortable, the room is large, clean and sanitary, with complete facilities, snacks are given upon check-in, and the view from the high floors is very good. We went to breakfast late, so some things were not complete, so we should have eaten earlier.

The hotel is in a good location, walking distance from espire bookstore and new Times Square. The room is very good but I had some issues with the air conditioner and the fridge that weren’t working for the first night, which caused my family a significant amount of stress due to our baby’s food storage and sleep (the room got so hot that no one was able to sleep. The The reception however is very friendly and was really supportive. They fixed the problem on the second day of our stay! The breakfast is very simple, no western options but is super cheap, so still worth it. Overall a good place！

A very pleasant stay especially the smooth front desk check-in which is warm and friendly from its staff with a special mention to the guest relation manager who provided personalised service. The room is spacious with almost all what you need except an espresso machine which I was expecting in a W hotel but not there. Loved the roof top pool and gym.

The first time I traveled to Xishan Island, the room had an excellent view. When I woke up in the morning, the curtains were opened to the gentle Taihu Lake, which made people feel refreshed. The boss is particularly enthusiastic to give various travel guidance, and will pick his own dates for us to eat! The jujube tree in the yard added a little coolness to the hot afternoon. As an authentic Northeast person, I feel unprecedented hospitality. Thank you to the old gentleman for inviting us to visit the tea garden before leaving, and also sending us our own dates and tea! In Taihu Lake, in the Xishan, we will come back to see the most beautiful sunrise and sunset in Taihu Lake. I wish the old man a smooth life.
