"A comfort & great for families. I'd been staying here for 1 night for my diy tour I'm Suzhou.. It's a strategic place with a peaceful environment.. The hotel is near road where your transpor/didi can reach you easily.. And also it's kids friendly hotel.. While waiting for check in or check out, they prepare a lego fon kids to play.."

"I booked it, because it was pretty cheap, in the center and was a private room. i don't regret booking it for 2a short time - bed was clean, cleanliness of the rest of the room was quite questionable, with dust in the corners and an empty drink pack laying under the bed. you gotta know if you're fine with it or not. i did not spend much time there besides sleeping, so it was alright in total. free soap, shampoo and a bit more. nice guy at the hotel working there."

"First off, the location on Guanqian Street is incredibly convenient for getting around. It's not far from the subway station, and Pingjiang Road is an easy walk. The hotel environment is lovely, very clean, and spacious. Even the toilet is smart, which my mom absolutely loved. She said it was the best place she stayed on this trip. The price was also very reasonable, making for a super comfortable stay. The customer service staff were really welcoming, and they tidied our room spotlessly every day. Plus, there are lots of great food options nearby. My mom already wants me to bring her back here next time, so I definitely recommend it!"

"I booked the Vienna Hotel Suzhou North Square Station this time for my trip to Suzhou, and it was a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and bright, very clean and tidy, and the shower had amazing water pressure. The bathroom also had a great wet/dry separation. The hotel's location is super convenient, with the subway and bus stations just a short walk away. The breakfast spread was also excellent. The staff were warm, welcoming, patient, and very helpful. This is definitely the best value-for-money hotel around."

"We were so lucky to book a room on the second floor of this B&B. The entrance isn't very prominent, and we actually walked past it and had to turn back to find it. It's about 300 meters from Beisita Metro Station and roughly 800-900 meters from the Humble Administrator's Garden. The young man at the front desk was very polite. Since we arrived too early and our room wasn't ready, we dropped off our luggage. He helped us check in, added me on WeChat, and sent me a Suzhou travel guide. We went sightseeing first, and he notified us when the room was cleaned and even helped move our luggage into the room. Our room was quite spacious, with a large bathtub by the window, and the bathroom had a completely separate wet and dry area. The room decor had a touch of artistic flair. There's also a large reading and lounge area on the third floor. On the weekend, we were fortunate enough to meet the owners, a couple, who enthusiastically shared recommendations for Suzhou's food, attractions, and culture with my husband and me. Because I was feeling unwell with a cold from the trip, the owner kindly extended our check-out time until we needed to leave for our flight. They even waited with us for our Didi ride and helped us load our luggage into the car. I truly felt the warmth of Suzhou, thank you! I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou."

"Coming from Shanghai, I drove and parked directly in the hotel's adjacent parking lot after consulting the front desk. The parking lot is conveniently connected to the subway station. Upon returning to the hotel at night, I realized I'd forgotten my charging cable, but the lovely lady at the front desk provided three charging heads, which was a lifesaver – huge thanks to her! There's a charming bakery downstairs with delicious handmade bread that they give out for free. Although the rooms upstairs aren't huge, they are very clean and beautifully decorated. The best surprise was waking up and pulling back the curtains to see the Twin Pagoda Temple! Parking is free for 24 hours. For those who aren't chasing big brands or lavish establishments, this hotel offers great value for money."

"Chose the right hotel for this business trip! From check-in to check-out, the entire process was efficient. The front desk proactively upgraded me to a high-floor room with a view, and it was so quiet at night that it didn't affect my meeting the next day at all. The biggest surprise was how perfectly the desk and chair in the room were sized, and the lighting was just right, making it even more comfortable to work on documents than in the office. The freshly ground coffee and hot food at breakfast were replenished promptly, and they even helped pack a portable meal box when I had to catch an early high-speed train. The attention to detail was impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in this city."

"This hotel isn't bad at all! Even though the photos didn't quite capture how beautiful the room actually was, I was really impressed. The layout was very practical, and the furnishings were exquisite. I booked the most basic room, but it exceeded my expectations. The size was just right, not small at all, and the bathroom was spacious too. The front desk staff was very welcoming and even helped me arrange a taxi to the train station. My only regret is that I only stayed one night. I'll definitely be back next time, and I'll recommend it to my friends! 😆"
