CctgjTraveling with my parents, the hotel thoughtfully arranged two rooms closest to the common areas for us. The room layout was excellent, and the facilities were convenient. Although the restaurant didn't have a vast selection of dishes, it was sufficient, and the food tasted great. The hotel's location is easily accessible by car directly to the entrance. Turning right outside brings you straight to Pingjiang Road Pedestrian Street. Driver Master Zhou also provides rides to nearby attractions and shares insights into Suzhou's history and unique characteristics. Xu from the front desk was warm and attentive, always responding quickly to our WeChat inquiries. Thank you!

YYee11I stayed at Suzhou Liuxiang Hotel and booked the Refreshing Double Bed room, which was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The room was clean, bright, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and effective air-conditioning which is perfect after a long day of walking around Suzhou. The location is a major highlight, situated between Guanqian Street and Pingjiang Road, making it extremely convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and exploring local food spots. Many attractions and eateries are within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it offers great value for money and is a solid choice for travelers who want comfort, cleanliness, and a central location in Suzhou.

JJingjingyuThe Kimpton Bamboo Grove Suzhou is an absolute gem! Its location is fantastic, right in the heart of Suzhou, within walking distance to the Master of the Nets Garden, Shiquan Street, and Canglang Pavilion. It's also very close to Fengmen Old Street. Parking is convenient, and public transport (buses and subway) are right next door, making getting around a breeze. The hotel's design is unique and exquisite, with every corner offering a picturesque view. It's filled with traditional Chinese aesthetics and the charm of Suzhou gardens. Bamboo groves, red maples, serene lakes, and rockeries are cleverly integrated into every guest room. We stayed in a courtyard room with our furry friend. The room was spacious, as was the courtyard, which came with lounge chairs and beautiful maple trees – enough space for our dog to run around happily. The complimentary social hour, while not offering a huge selection, was quite refined and delicious. The hotel breakfast was truly astonishing; even many luxury hotels don't offer such a lavish spread. Not only was there a wide variety of fruits, but they even had whole coconuts for guests to enjoy! The hotel management is top-notch, and the staff are warm, sincere, and always greet you with a smile. Our dedicated little butler, Vickey, was particularly wonderful. She's not only beautiful and charming but also incredibly thoughtful in her service. Before our check-in, she added us on WeChat to provide all necessary information and meticulously prepared a dog bed, bowls, toys, a water cup, and even a special dog meal for our furry child. She also created beautiful, personalized postcards for our dog, which made us, as pet parents, incredibly happy! When we asked if we could have a few more postcards made, she readily agreed and delivered them to our room. At check-out, she was kind enough to help us with our luggage and press the elevator button. Her service was absolutely outstanding and deserves high praise! Overall, our experience at the Kimpton Bamboo Grove left us with a fantastic impression. We will definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is close to Taihu Avenue and has convenient transportation, but the business atmosphere in the Science and Technology City area is relatively quiet, and you need to travel a short distance to nearby commercial entities. With environmental protection, natural landscape and family-friendly facilities as its core advantages, Element Suzhou is suitable for tourists seeking a quiet vacation or a short business trip. Its kitchen configuration and parent-child services are particularly outstanding, but improvements need to be made in terms of spraying less air freshener and surrounding convenience.

VvasuuuHighly recommend this hotel for couples! It's a three-story building, and the hallways are great for photos. You can even see the Gate of the Orient from the 7th-floor balcony. The hotel is super close to the newly opened MixC World, just a skywalk away. It was renovated in 2025, and there's no strong formaldehyde smell in the rooms. The facilities are quite complete, and the toothbrushes aren't those cheap disposable ones. The hygiene is excellent. For couples checking in, here are a few tips: 1. When you check in, ask the front desk for a disposable bathtub liner. The tissue box might not have a tissue sticking out; you'll need to flip it over and open the bottom to get one. 2. The fixed showerhead can be adjusted, so you don't have to stand right against the wall. 3. The main bed doesn't have outlets at the headboard, but the two side beds do. The switch for the inner side bed only controls the small circular light at the foot of that bed (see pic 5). The spotlights for the side bed near the bar are what control the ambient lighting at the headboard and under the bed. 4. Also, I want to complain that I didn't get a random cultural and creative blind box! 5. Still, I highly recommend staying here.

MMolingI absolutely have to rave about the front desk service at this hotel! The staff there were incredibly warm and attentive throughout my stay. The young man who checked me in was super efficient and quick. Any requests I had were promptly met, and he patiently answered all my questions. The thoughtful little details made me feel so welcome. The room facilities were complete and felt very high quality; the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom fixtures worked perfectly – truly showcasing the hotel's commitment to quality everywhere. Both the warmth of the service and the practicality of the amenities far exceeded my expectations. I'm extremely satisfied! This is a hidden gem of a hotel, and I'll definitely be back.

Despite being on a busy street, it's surprisingly quiet, with good soundproofing. The bed was very comfortable. Right outside the door, there's a small, elegant courtyard.

GGallleyaThis is the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to China. We lived in a separate house. It's quiet and cozy there. The air conditioner works well for heating. The hostess is very friendly and kind. When we got lost during check-in, she herself came for us. Also thanks to the man who helped us when leaving the hotel.
