Location was good , linked to moko mall and mong kong east Station. Cleaning was so so , found hair on the bed sheet and requested to change to another room . Room size was ok for 2 adults and 2 kids.

We stayed at Royal Plaza hotel for a total of 3 nights. It is not too far from the airport, about a 30 minutes cab ride. The hotel ambience is nice and is located next to MOKO mall so amenities wise, you can get almost anything you want there. Mongkok east MTR is just below and if you need to walk to the red line, it is a 15 mins walk to either mongkok or prince edward MTR. If you are sick of malls, there are many famous traditional stalls around eg. ONE dimsum, Kam Wah, glory bakery... it was a great stay and hotel was clean and nice. Only thing is dont stay at level 19 because the lift only stops at level 18 and you need to climb a flight of stairs up. The staff said the view is nicer but there isnt really any view from the hotel as the surrounding are just residential blocks and school. Will definitely return back due to the location but will avoid level 19

Good and food are available in the mall (Moko). 10 mins walk to Mongkok via the linked bridge. Room is spacious and toilet is clean. The only thing I would like to feedback is the toilet amenities. The toothbrush and comb is made of wood, which easily turned mouldy.

Nice hotel located in Shangxiajiu area within vicinity of shopping district and eateries. Clean room with decently friendly staff. Did not manage to try the breakfast but the facilities provided such as fitness centre were ok. One of the better hotels in this area with spacious rooms

We would like to thanks the concierge And security staff for helping us to retrieve our lost backpack with passport at the connecting shopping mall . The hotel staff act immediately after we reported the lost of our belongings and coordinated with the mall security to get in touch with the shop incharge . With their help we manage to fly on time back to Singapore. We deeply appreciate it as it save us from inconvenience of rebooking our tickets specially traveling with young Kids including infant Our stay was an enjoyable one . The room were cleaned and the bed were comfortable, they give us the baby cot also . The room had the window sofa which give us the view of the outside

2nd time staying at this hotel, always my first choice whenever I travel to HK. Connected to mall and train station and super convenient for me and my family.

Extremely pleasant experience living in this hotel. So convenient. Bus, mini bus, MTR, shopping centre ( Moko), tourist attractions all within walking distance. Friendly staff, spacious room, grand lobby. Would highly recommend everyone to stay here for your visit to Hong Kong.

We were satisfied for the stay in Hong Kong, booked Royal Plaza Hotel which was recommended by friend. Front desk staff is friendly. Location is convenient for taking metro, but not friendly for those taking A21, need to walk quite far. Good stayed for four of us. However the toilet also come out urine smell after using, no matter how many times we flushed. After cleaned by cleaner still the same issue. Another issue about bed bugs, i met this issue first time, didn't know this was due to beg bugs until I felt the itchness. So I decided to inform trip.com about the compensation from the hotel. Unfortunately Royal Plaza Hotel rejected by reason of not inform during the stay. My friend who stayed closer date with me, her kid also got bed bugs bites in this hotel. Anyway, I am happy with trip.com's customer service Jenny who assisted me to approached the hotel although there was nothing help, but she was able to claim some coin for me from trip.com. We won't choose Royal Plaza Hotel anymore in the future.

it was a great stay at Royal Plaza Hotel, checking in was a breeze with the early check done via email link. Collection of room keys was easy with the early check-in done. Hotel room is clean, spacious enough for 3 pax. A special shoutout to staff Mike and William for their extra assistance provided. We took a taxi from airport to hotel and the taxi driver gave the wrong change, we gave chase and even hit the taxi boot for the taxi to stop. seeing the taxi didnt stop despite our chase, Mike and William immediately helped to gave chase and bring the taxi back. We didnt expect the hotel staffs will go to such extend to help us, we were really grateful and truly think they deserve our compliments for the extra mile.

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel as it can accommodate up to 4 pax in a room. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. The location is just above mongkok east MTR, and about 10min walk to mongkok MTR. Near ladies' street and Fa Yuen street. Enjoyed my stay here.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel as it was centrally located near many hot spots of Hong Kong. MTR station at walking distance. The MOKO mall was connected to the hotel. Many restaurants were just within 5 min. walking. The service of the staff was excellent. The outdoor swimming pool is open till 21:00 in the evening, which we loved a lot as we could cool down after a busy day with lots of walking. The hotel is very clean, beds are comfortable and the sheets were soft. Recommended for all families. Will stay here again the next time!

The room was great for our group of 3 with 2 queen size beds. The location was convenient and just walking distance to the MTR, cafe and street food. :) Will definitely be back again the next time when i am back in HK

Everything is good just the cons is our room is not accessible to lift. We need to climb a stairs with our luggages from lvl 18 to lvl 19. Bathroom is big enough but the water after shower will flow to toilet side.

If you want a very spacious and comfortable place to stay, choose this. One of the best! The staff are very good and easy to ask of you have concerns. Hope to come back again. The curtain in the bathroom can be opened or close automatically, its modern, clean, good smell and they always change the towels and replenish the necessities. Thank you!
