Place is nice and clean very accommodating. Good access of transportation very close to mtr station, bus and taxi. Walking distance to central and very close to tram way path ang zoological and botanical garden. Recommend!

It is good that we have a chance to live up at 20/F. Good location. The elevator is slow though. No food or restaurant. The restaurant doesn’t open on Sunday! What a shame!! And only have sandwich during tea hours????? Please people need to have proper food and proteins!

booked a queen bed room, which i got at first. but the room didn't have cold water. i know, strange. so impossible to shower coz burning hot. ultimately got the room changed, but for a double bed one. better than nothing but not what i booked. overall ok.

My third time staying at this hotel, always clean and staff are friendly. We had a room with nice view :) hope can stay on higher floor next time. Looking forward, and highly recommend if you’ll want to be close to the botanical garden and Soho Central area! Plenty of taxis, only 30-40hkd you’re in the midst of all happenings!

Not very helpful staff. When I was booking, I specifically requested one bed, but when I was checking in, the front manager said that they had the only room left in the entire hotel with two beds left. To be honest, the hotel looked empty to me, so I believe he just didn't want to deal with room changes. Also I found a lot of previous guests hair on the floor and in the bathroom. In general, I am not really satisfied with this hotel and won't book it again.

Close to the peak and hongkong central. But the place is not easy to find and the way to the hotel is pretty steep. Not recommended if you're with kids or elderly people.

Hotel was "fine". Location was decent for what we needed. We were traveling with kids so it was nice to have the zoo/park/garden right next to us and Hong Kong park a short walk away. There is also a grocery store next door for snacks. Bed was very hard and turned out to be an old old mattress with a thin other mattress on top. We were traveling with 9 people, but the rooms only allow 3 people each (even kids) so my teen had to book with my parents. No extra beds, towels, blankets, pillows, etc provided for the 3rd person. There was no couch or anything in our room so my 4yr old shared our bed. (same with my nephew, he shared the bed with his parents) My teen slept on the floor in his grandparent's room - they had a suite that had a couch but it was very small and he didn't fit on it, no cot or fold out couch. So in other words, even though the rooms are for 3 people, there is no where for person #3 to sleep at all. Clean enough, not perfect but fine for us.
