Response from Property: Dear guest, thank you very much for your review. The hotel is located at Exit E1 of Mong Kok MTR Station in Hong Kong. After exiting, turn to Nathan Road No. 607 and walk for about 3-5 minutes. The room is equipped with a separate toilet, 24-hour hot water (the electric water heater needs to be turned on to preheat for 10 minutes before use), conversion plugs and disposable toiletries (disposable slippers are not provided). The hotel has no front desk service (if you mind, you need to choose a hotel. Most hotels in Hong Kong do not have a front desk). Response from Property: Hello, all hotels in Hong Kong are in buildings, not independent buildings. Is it worth tens of billions to own a stand-alone hotel in Hong Kong? If you need to be particular, you should choose a five-star hotel instead of a hotel. Also, please read the order prompts. We do not provide front desk service. A hotel with less than 10 rooms requires a front desk staff worth tens of thousands of dollars. This is currently not possible. Realistically, I'm really sorry
