Location is closer to the subway station. I was expecting a buffet breakfast but got disappointed it was the regular oat,hot chocolate and coffee

It was not good experience with price I have paid. 1) There are bedbugs and cockroaches in room , please see pic attached. 2) if you think coffee and muffins are in breakfast. No full breakfast they are cheating in name of breakfast. 3) hotel is near road and highway whole night you will hear noises. 4 ) elevator was not working. I want I get full refund of my money

Very average hotel, breakfast can be ignored, breakfast is small bread (similar to domestic Daliyuan small bread) + coffee

Just heard that one of the greatest managers (Meadowlands Pkwy location), Iris, was leaving. Iris consistently, demonstrated the core values of Extended Stay. Always ready, friendly, yet professional in addressing any concerns. Thus ensuring that we the guests are always fully satisfied during our stay. She will be missed :-(

This is the best extended stay hotel I have visited. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and professional, the parking is very convenient, and the hotel is close to the stadium. Try it out-- you will be pleasantly surprised. Excellent front desk staff that is very helpful.

Location is great easy access to highway front desk personal is wonderful and helped with my travel plans! Rooms clean and spacious!!! Definitely will be using this location any time I may be in the area

What I can not say!! I worked for this company for years, got transferred in and out to run multiple properties. After relocating firm Virginia back to New Jersey, I came back to my old stomping ground. Miss Iris, the GM, has been absolutely phenomenal running the property at the ESA at Secaucus Meadowlands. Her staff is so well trained. I have offered them breakfast, lunch, and dinner, they never accepted. I believe Ms. Iris deserves to be nominated to be manager of the year, and our staff deserves to be recognized as well

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and ac/heat worked well. Quiet with cozy kitchenette. Clean throughout from entrance to room, breakfast was served early, though it's just wrapped mini muffins and oatmeal packets. Coffee was good, no milk that I saw, just creamer.

My Wonderful experience : I came after 28 hours of air travel ard 11am on 5th October . I was checked in without making me wait until 3 pm the checkin time. As requested room was given closer to elevator. When AC was not working Manager herself came , checked and sent the Services Guy to make it work The Coffee Maker was not good which was replaced with a Brand New Coffee Maker. Whenever I asked Coffee Pouches were given unhesitantly. When I requested few more hangers, it was delivered to my room. For my 13 Nights long stay , the amenities and facilites were more than suffient in the room. I was staying in a Popular Brand Hotel in a Luxurious Room at Tampa. But I felt homely only when I returned to my Room 324 in ESA. I will confidently put on record I received Best Value for the Money I paid to ESA. Last but not the least , the ESA Meadowlands Team is wonderful and it was always pleasure to chat with them. My Best Wishes to the Team.

The staff is very friendly and they accommodated my coworkers and I for every need we had. The hotel and room were very clean. We Definitely recommend and enjoyed staying here, we will be coming back more often!

Stayed for 2 months while working out of New York. Room had everything needed for the stay. Staff was excellent and always helpful. They always say hi when you walk past. Is a fast 15-25 min ride through the holland tunnel to get into New York. .

They have seating in the outside area which allows us to sit outside, grill, watch the water view, and we can also see american dream from outside. The staff has been very nice and welcoming since i been here. Shanely, Who works in the morning is always really sweet and conversates With us while we drink coffee. The manager and team lead Iris and Marisol are always very accomodating and helpful. Definitely reccommend !
