Have not met the owner but all neccesary details were sent to you before the date. I also requested a room type and the owner get me what I want. Plus, the location is superb nearby the MTR. The things that are not good is the dirty elevator and noise-unprotection wall, you can hear the conver of a nearby room but it's fine for me compared to other angles

Located in a lively street in Kowloon, close to the subway, easy to get everywhere, good food around, nice cosy small room. Good deal!

Nice location in the busy Tsim Sha Tsui. Although the room was small, but it was still enough for the family for 1 night stay.

The bad: 1) The hotel is on the 9th floor, while on the 8th floor there is a public house. The elevator only goes to the eight floor, so you will be holed up in the elevator with a bunch of horny men everytime you get in\out the hotel. If you're a woman travelling solo, I do NOT recommend. As far as I can see from the comments, no effort was made to repair the elevator in the 2 months that passed after my trip. The "visitors" of the 8th floor also pissed on the staircase on multiple occasions. 2) Nobody at the reception desk 24/7. If you ever forget your PIN, you will be forced to sleep in the hallway like I did. Even after hours of shouting and banging on walls\doors NOBODY came out. 3) Smells moisty wet. The good: 1) The rooms are fine. 2) The location is amazing! 3) The open rooftop is really cool as well.

It was an awful experience! The elevator was out of order, and I had no choice but to carry my bags down from the 9th floor! This is completely unacceptable. How can you expect your guests to deal with such a ridiculous situation?! the entrance was filthy and I had to squeeze into a tiny elevator with other people from the building this place felt extremely unsafe. I wouldn’t be surprised if some shady business was going on there. Tbh, I strongly advise against staying here, especially for women traveling alone. This place is a disaster!

It was clean enough, and I felt safe. I had no issues during my stay. I am glad I booked a double room and used the other bed to organize my stuff otherwise space would have been a challenge. The power socket for the water kettle is too high from the table, I had to hold the kettle to boil some water. Other than that, I had a good stay :)

The place near the mtr, the only problem was the lift u need to use stair 1 more floor

The room are all good, clean and and bed comfy. The location is easy access but not recommend to girls for solo trip.

Excellent location nice hot water. Big space of public rooftop and shared space. The only concern is the noise easily through the wall.

Very good location, even a lift is very very slow. It is small room, but clean and safe. Recommend to everyone, especially tourist and teenager.

Room small but not too small for couples. Very good location We stay for 3 nights. We can walk around Tsim Sha Sui that it is very hot spot in HK.
