Hotel a bit far from the airport. I regret not having been able to communicate my wishes when booking. I wanted connecting rooms it was possible to have according to the description of the hotel. But no possibility on the website to specify this kind of request. And impossible to reach by phone to make the request orally. Very nice hotel
Hotel was OK! We stayed at the hotel during wedding ! Multiple families! Rooms are very spacious and two washrooms! Breakfast was OK. Shopping centers and coffee shops very close. Recommend this hotel for bigger families! We really enjoy to stay at this hotel!! Same rooms had big balcony. Taxi available or Uber just ask receptionist.

I arrived to find the lobby full. Three front desk employees were trying to check in a group of 10. Rather than designate 2 for that, and another for other guests, all three focused only on the group, making a handful of us wait about 35 minutes. I went to pay with my American Express card. They told me they don't accept AMEX even though they say they do on ***********. Elevator broke on the way to my floor and I was stuck in the elevator for about 15 minutes before staff were able to get me out. Asked for a quiet room, but they put me in front of a construction site and was woken up at 6 am. When I went to check out, the elevator was still broken 12 hours later and I had to take all of my bags down five flights of stairs with no assistance from the hotel, as the phone in my room did not work and I was unable to call for help. Breakfast was supposed to begin at 7 but when I arrived (with limited time) at 7:15, nothing had been set up. This was a total disaster. And, not once, did any staff member apologize or make any effort to empathize.

The room was huge but could use some updates or fixes. The bed was comfortable and I love that the windows open up a lot since the is no air conditioning but outside is nice and cold so we slept fine. The location was good depending what your purpose is in Bogota. The area is safe and lots of businesses around the area. Walking distance to Parque 93 and many places. We stayed 10 nights and they did include breakfast which is cool they have fresh fruit everyday and the staff is friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

HUGE ACCOMMODATION! Seriously, there're actually two bedrooms, two bathrooms - one of them is a full suit. The hotel is located a short walk from Parque de la 93, surrounded by famous restaurants and near everything you need.

Spacious rooms with nice balconies. Staff was not so friendly, but would help you if you pushed them. The beds were comfortable and the rooms very clean. I would stay here again, We had to walk up many stairs, but the view was great.

the reason i gave one star to this hotel is because my boyfriend’s chain was stolen from our room! and the hotel didn’t want to take any responsibility for it. my boyfriend got there before me the first day he got there the bathroom flooded which it was fixed and it didn’t happen again. the room that we booked/paid was for 2 adults once i got there they wanted to charge us extra telling us the room was booked only for one adult. and the experience we had that my boyfriend’s chain was stolen!

The hotel itself was not luxurious five 5 star as it lacked many room amenities that you would expect in even a 3 star hotel. The room had no glasses or ice bucket and there was no table on the terrace as presented in the pictures. However, the staff made sure everything was made right by supplying the normal amenities one would expect with a 4 star hotel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms soundproof.

During my recent stay at the Madison Inn Hotel in Bogotá, I was faced with an extremely disappointing and worrying situation. Despite having booked and paid for my accommodation through the Despegar agency, which took care of all financial aspects including the bill, the hotel receptionist tried to charge me additional unjustified charges. Hotel staff claimed they needed to pay VAT in cash for an invoice which, interestingly, was never issued by the hotel. The hotel left something to be desired, it has a good location but its service is terrible, when we booked months in advance, we left a note on the reservation and sent an email asking for a crib for our baby and when we arrived they weren't all in use. We booked a room and we were with children, they also knew when we booked when we arrived at the place the receptionist said that the room was not recommended for children as it would have a spiral staircase and it would be dangerous, we stayed in a room smaller than what we paid for. Breakfast didn't appeal to us, we just liked the fireplace. The bed is good, a simple but honest bathtub, super clean. When we were leaving, full of suitcases and a baby, no one could help us because the security guard was doing something else and when we checked out a crib appeared. There were other even famous chains for the same price, but we liked the hotel's recommendations and were frustrated.

Very good, the staff's attention was excellent, the rooms were very clean, comfortable, we stayed in one with 2 bathrooms and two rooms that was very comfortable for 4 people, it is located in a good area, quite safe and with good access to everything The breakfast, although it does not vary much on different days, is substantial, and I think it is a very good value for money.
