A nice budget option for a short stay.  It was surprisingly clean despite looking old.  Noisy from the highway but I expected it so take earplugs.  Perfect location, close to the park and CBD.

Good location near kings park. Simple 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen

Always clean and tidy, spacious apartments with a balcony.

Great proximity to Kings Park and the city but you will need ear plugs because of the freeway. Old style room but adequate. Could do with a new roller door to balcony given how hard it was to open. Inadequate toiletries. Bring your own! The service was friendly and helpful. I needed help with my TV which was rectified in good time. Good laundry facilities. The layout of the room is wrong - you need the lounge facing the TV and move the cupboard. A bit of a paint job and clean windows would add value to the apartment.

The rooms could do with a proper clean. The walls are are dirty, the air conditioner was completely choked up with dust and needs servicing. The rooms are in a great location for the city. Management needs to spend some time on cleaning. The windows were very dirty.

Very over priced accommodation. Doors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Rolled up newspaper holding a door open. Broken window. Bed did look clean and was comfortable. I did not use any kitchen facilities. I would call this a 1-2 star hotel.

Delighted with the place, not fancy. But everything I needed and very clean. Good location, close to malls and Elizabeth Quay.

Very terrible service. Negligence. We moved in around 6pm the day we booked and the AC was not working , very hot temperature in Perth( March). We informed them immediately and there was a boy to look after this AC , he tried all his ways and confirmed it’s not working. We asked him for solution. He said reception is closed and it’s his first day, that’s it. Moreover, no window at least and even fan is terrible.We payed amount for nothing. Nothing eve happened next day they behaved like they don’t know anything. Chapter closed. I actually waiting to ask them and even for review, WILL YOU GUYS SLEEP WITHOUT AC IN YOUR HOUSE ON SUMMER? Very terrible. Please come and check everything and then book their rooms, it’s my advance.

Love how convenient the location is. You can literally walk to King's Park! Just a bridge away from Perth CBD. Great for people who love to walk or hike.
