Some female front desk staff provide poor service. The floor is unhygienic. I accidentally dropped my toothbrush on the floor. I asked them to bring one up. They said they would charge first. Their attitude is bad. The floor is not clean. The corners of the bed are moldy. Bad review

I love Hotel Madera, it's family-friendly and close to everything, including Michelin star restaurants,
MTR stations, and shops. We were given a big room, which was a great plus. Although, we still encountered some problems like:
1. The water from the heater. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the piping or a common problem with Hong Kong's water, as it was yellow in color. It made me worried because my son was enjoying the bathtub and got scared of the water. However, they were able to provide a workaround.
2. The body wash; the large bottle had very little content, and I couldn't squeeze out any. My family isn't used to body wash anyway, so we didn't ask for a refill or a new bottle, we just used the soap we brought during our travel.
Overall, it was still a good experience. And maybe, we will still book the same hotel next time. Cheers.

The hotel is in an excellent location, only three to five minutes' walk from Jordan Station; the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable; the service is thoughtful, providing the most efficient service without disturbing the guests.
