週日凌晨才入住，我訂了2個房間，一老太一保姆和我們一家三口，酒店免費給我升級了房間，贊贊贊！酒店沒有瓶裝水但每層設有水機供應飲用水給住客。對於我們一家飲水需求量較大的住客真是非常友好，唯一缺點就是沒有暖水設定大冬天的常温水也是冷水。酒店設有班車需要提前預約，半小時一班，酒店位置離大窩口地鐵站僅有八分種路程，往大窩口地鐵站的途中有一車站可以接駁去不地方，交通便利。值得一讚是酒店內給住客温馨的指示牌，服務周到細緻，真棒。

Location left a lot to be desired, far from the mtr station. Additionally the trip.com listing says there is a shuttle bus, which is true, but it only goes to nearby malls, so don’t expect to be able to take it to the airport. There is a public bus stop relatively nearby with an airport bus tho.

Overall, it's pretty good. The price/performance ratio is very good. The hygiene is acceptable. The facilities are not well maintained. There are no toiletries and bottled water in the room. We have to go to the water purifier on the floor to get water. Good review!
