Location is okay, a bit far from the TST. But walking distance to MTR Station. Cleanliness is okay also. Service average. Facilities okay. I would suggest that the hotel make an upgrade with their room, the colored carpet is a bit old style design. But overall its okay.

Room very small, opening the luggage will block passage way to bathroom. Loved your bathroom slippers with different colour for easy identification. Bathroom and shower door is 2-in-1. Water tends to splash out if closes the entire bathroom room with the door. The bathroom facade is translucent, meaning can see the blurred person showering inside. Not ideal for non couple. Good mountain view from rooms on high floor. Glad to have room 2702. Breakfast was ok. Room price was very ex, SGD220+ per night.

The room was decent, hygiëne was the biggest downside. The bedroom was great, bathroom was a bit dirty. We had the toilet clogged 2 times after housekeeping whilst not even using the toilet. They did solve this pretty quickly however.

Pros: The location of hotel is good. Not so far from Jordan station but also not in noisy place Everyday cleaning Friendly stuff The beautiful view Clean bedsheets and towels Cons: The smell of old furniture in the room is strong. I guess there is a high humidity as in another buildings in Hong Kong. I recommend to change the carpet and wallpapers. About couple days after I didn’t notice the smell. The hotel has a great environment, convenient location, and good hygiene. It provides a great experience for business trips to Hong Kong, and the Victoria Harbour scenery is also beautiful. The hotel's service attitude is very good, especially the handsome guy with glasses at the front desk who is very gentle.

The location of the hotel is excellent, by just walking distance, you can enjoy fantastic view and delicious food. The panoramic view of Victoria harbour is just a stone away from hotel. The hotel room is big, clean and comfortable. Everything was just nice and worth to stay. The check in check out process is quick. The cafeteria is a good place to have talk with nice coffee and dessert.

Always a wonderful experience at our favourite hotel. The service was exceptional as the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The front desk staff are kind and attentive and always available to answer questions. The hotel was recently renovated but they’ve done well in preserving the rich history within its walls. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean and elegantly decorated. The location is perfect as it’s a quick walk from Nanjing Road, and the metro which makes it easy to explore the surroundings. Always happy to return.
